If I could give zero stars I would. On 5/4 at 4pm, the women making our food (bigger women, black women, with long box braids) was huffing and puffing as we walking into the restaurant, automatically rolling her eyes, then proceeded to keep rolling her eyes and continued to be snobby towards my friend and I. Barely put anything in my bowl and burrito and was throwing our food into the bags and on the counter. I expect her to be fired ASAP! or my money back:)

We almost walked away but they meet our dietary restrictions. The serving area behind the glass was a mess. We are dairy free and crossed our fingers there wasn’t any cross contamination. The employee serving us had no desire to give us any kind of acknowledgement beyond scrapping food onto our plates. There was no guac made and it wasn’t until about 45min later that there was any available. The only reason they didn’t get a worse rating was because the food was decent and we didn’t get sick, had to wait a few days to write this to make sure.

I have tried to eat at this establishment twice and both times they either closed early for no apparent reason or the last time (today) I tried to order at 4:15 they were “closed until 5pm” again for no apparent reason even though there were others in line already they took orders for. If you are coming to the mall in hopes of getting chipotle while you shop you are taking at gamble of them even being open from my experience

Went there for a lunch take-out on Sunday, June 19th. Everyone was friendly and hard working. Chipotle needs a Tip option on their card reader for customers to show appreciation as I’m assuming their employees do not make a livable wage.

Trashiest chipotle in the world. Unorganized and dirty. They need to clean the line off before they scoot your food across the counter. With 5 or 6 employees you would think it would be more efficient. Let’s not talk about portion sizes. Chipotle isn’t cheap I deserve more than a half oz of green salsa. Also if you wear a mask put it on correctly. I don’t care about mask but you just look silly. Won’t be spending my money here again.

Yesterday was the second time that I’ve ordered food for pickup at the chipotlane (through the app) and found the window closed when I arrived. I went inside to grab my food and they had the chairs on top of the tables 2 hours before closing. Some of the staff at this location are friendly and helpful, others are sort of rude.

Horrible customer service. Charged me for two meals when I had one, then tell me you should of asked to have your ordered repeated to you. No you should repeat my order. Said I wasn’t going to refund. Said I was trying to get stuff for free. No I just wanted to pay for what I ordered. Worst experience at a restaurant that I have had. Close the doors or get a complete new staff is suggested.
