As good as a Chipotle can be. Staff was nice. Portions were appropriately sized. Line moved quickly even though we were here at peak lunch time.
A bit of a challenge to get out of the car park do to some current road construction -no fault to the restaurant -not reflected in my review.
My kid is local and this is the go-to Chipotle, so we were both surprised by the <3-star rating.

Extremely inconsistent with portion sizes and fresh food!!! Go to any other chipotle because this will not give you your moneys worth. I got to the end of the line and had them keep my bowl. There’s so way I’d spend more than 10$ and barely get any food! The employees are rude and food isn’t up to standard.

Bad customer service. Came in to PURCHASE tortillas. As one of the employees was starting to prepare them for me, the manager told me she wont allow me to purchase tortillas. I have been doing this at chipotles around the area for years now. This was the first time I have heard of it being an issue. Won’t be returning to this location again.

The employee that checked us out was rude and didn’t smile at all. He was incapable of using a reward. I had when I looked at the terms I was able to use the reward. It seemed like the whole time he had no idea what he was doing. Will not be coming back to this location.

Packaging is important, especially on your delivery orders. Please ensure when preparing an order for delivery that you package the order in such a way YOU would want to receive your food. As I was being handed my order, my burrito fell out of the bag onto the floor. It was poorly wrapped so therefore the open side of the foil landed on the floor. The bag was completely soiled. The only good thing is.. when I called to report this, the customer service specialist was very helpful. Oh and my large chips and guac were not in the bag.
Prepare your customer’s order the way you would want yours prepared. I wasted my entire lunch on something so unnecessary and still didn’t get to eat anything. So thanks.

I ordered an online quesadilla and wasn’t given any of the side items (sour cream, salsa) and didn’t notice until I got home. So all they gave me was the quesadilla. The guy who handed me my order was frazzled. I don’t like this location.

I recently dined at Chipotle Des Peres and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food was dry and tasteless, with the sour cream and queso being watered down. Additionally, the customer service was lacking, with a rude individual at the register and a lady behind the counter who did not listen to our order correctly. Overall, I was not satisfied with the dining experience and hope that improvements can be made in the future.

I have had nothing but bad experiences at this Chipotle location recently. I’ve even been here twice in two weeks and both experiences have been bad. With the order about a week ago, I pulled up at about 9pm (this location is open until 10) and there was a handwritten “pick up inside” sign in the Chipotlane window, so I reluctantly went inside to get my order. Every chair in the restaurant was stacked on top of the tables, and the employees seemed like they were ready to head home. When I got home, one of our bags of chips never made it into the bag, so I had no chips for my queso. My burrito was also so poorly wrapped that it completely fell apart and I had to eat it with a fork.
Today was the same nonsense. I pulled up again around 9pm to a different handwritten sign in the Chipotlane window asking me to go inside to pick up my order. When I go to walk inside, there was one employee inside cleaning the front line, and one sitting on his phone out in the lobby. I guess I arrived early enough that they hadn’t started putting away the chairs. I checked my bag to make sure everything was in it and headed home. When I got home, my wife told me that the double steak that we paid $5 for was not in her bowl, and her “large” bag of chips was nearly empty when she opened it. Although my burrito tasted good and was well constructed, it was not double wrapped in tortillas.
I will NOT be going back to this Chipotle again. I have been a Chipotle customer at the Ellisville location since it opened, and will be going to that location exclusively again. If the Des Peres location isn’t going to have their Chipotlane open and i’m going to have to walk inside anyway, i’ll just go to the better location

By far, my favorite chipotle I have ever found! I’ve come here a few times a week for a couple months. It is the cleanest, best tasting best, and overall experience from a chipotle that I have had in a long time. They have revived my faith and love for chipotle thank you!!!

Of all the Chipotle locations near me, this one is the most consistent—though that’s relative, given how portion sizes have declined across the board. I eat Chipotle on a whim but can say this location stands out mostly because the food quality is MUCH better compared to the other closest location.
That said, your experience here really depends on who’s working and when. Some staff are friendly and efficient, while others can be noticeably disengaged, which affects both service and portions. During certain shifts—especially later in the day—portions tend to shrink to only half scoops for bowls, and requests for double scoops may be ignored or barely acknowledged after 8:30PM.
Despite these inconsistencies, I still choose this location when I want something quick, because the food is reliably better than its counterpart. Just manage expectations and hope you catch them during a good shift.
Also this location got a whole star up for food and service because of this one gentleman who is such a a sweet heart carrying that chipotle on his back! The next time I go to this location I will get his name because he deserves his kudos.
