Everything was good except for the sweet tea! That is the reason for the four stars instead of five! I spoke to one of the workers in reference to the tea. He stated that they were told to put every how much it is that they put in there and that’s the way it is! I let him know from Jacksonville down to Tampa, to Mississippi, to South Carolina, to North Carolina, to Tennessee. every Zaxby’s I have ever been in the tea was always sweet like Mama made it except for this place!

Stopped to eat here on our way back to GA. Very clean even the restrooms were extra clean. Food was fresh hot and good. Service was quick also.

Horrible. This Zaxbys is on my way home from work. We pick up food there about 2-3 times a week. At LEAST once a week someones order is left out once I get home and I have to come back to pick it up. I’m not a food industry expert, but it seems pretty simple to make sure an order has been accurately filled. It sounds crazy, but I have to wonder if its intentional. There’s no way this happens to everyone who comes through this restaurant.
