Love coming here to eat!! Food is amazing all the time, had my first issue recently and the manager on duty on 12/30 @ 7pm along with Matthew the DM went above and beyond to fix the issue and I can’t be thankful enough for that. The people are always nice and the food is even better!! Thank you!

Alekz Z was very rude and did not try to resolve my issue whatsoever, He told me that this is the normal size of their wings and that he could not give me a refund or exchange my order. He even said that he could throw those in the trash and I could buy something else if I was unhappy! This wouldnt satisfy a child let alone 2 adults. $20 for 10 chicken bones thats not right. Glad he isn’t the owner, I would never go here again!

This store routinely forgets items. My entire meal was missing, and my side of fries was near empty when I opened it. Definitely stick to the one across from the neighborhood market. The servers were nice.

Quite possibly the cleanest, friendliest, and freshest Zaxbys I’ve eaten at. If you’re passing through on the interstate this is a great rest stop for a hot, fresh meal served my friendly employees. Love the ambience and music too. Plenty of parking. Several gas stations closeby to choose from.

Horrible experience with the store after a glitch in their app cancelled my order AFTER taking payment. The store manager I spoke with was rude and dismissive. She said there was no record of my order and that “this happened a lot the other day theirs an issue with the app. You’ll get your money back in a couple days.” After calling the 800 number I was informed that there was a record of my order and the store could have fixed the issue. I was left out almost $20 and had no food to show. Abraham from guest experience was diligent and thorough and pushed my issue through to the next level. The shift manager didn’t even have the decency to apologize for the inconvenience or offer me the food I ordered. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Be careful using the app bc if there are issues you’ll be left without food and money!
