Congrats! About 530 this evening on the December 7. Came in and order two sandwiches. This place was clean. The only thing I missed. No one said welcome to Subway but overall the service was good. The two sandwiches I ordered were what I ordered the young woman behind the counter was nice and pleasant. Out of five being the best I would give it a four because I didn’t say welcome to Subway.

This subway will cheat you. I had ordered 4 subs on the app. They gave me 3 and a half. One was in paper bags and they don’t read the comments. When I had called to get it corrected a male answered and hung up on me. Then when I kept calling back no one would answer the phone. This is the worst service I have ever had.

As long as Thomas Hunter is working there I’ll be a loyal customer! He has the best personality and customer service! Accidentally order my sandwich from a different store on the mobile app (Double Springs) instead of that store refunding me the money they told me I’d have to drive all the way to double springs to pick it up which is over 30 mins away, Thomas was very kind to make us the sandwich and pay for it for us out of his own pocket because of a different store not wanting to do the right thing! He is 100% a great worker and person!

The last 2 times I have went there to get a sandwich, the same employee was working, and he had no bread available except wheat or flatbread. And wasn’t attempting to bake any either. This place is going under with some of the staff members they have working there that don’t want to do their job. Today me and 3 others walked out due to this bread problem.

Good place to eat usually , but the last time two of my kids and I came here to eat recently they have installed a metal hood over their meats section that completely blocked all the sandwich meats from view and they told me “it was to encourage customers to buy straight from the menu and they couldn’t remove it.”
So, I’m there with an 8 yr old and a 10 yr old , their kids and their picky eaters sometimes. This made our trip to subway alot more difficult than you might think , I just don’t understand why this company thinks that was a good idea honestly. Anyway, when subway removes their ‘blinders’ then I’ll change my rating back to 5 stars.

Service here is terrible. Nobody actually cares about their job. Had my sandwich heated and the meat was cold and cheese wasn’t even melted. Will probably never come back here.

I am not one to complain and I realize many businesses are short staffed right now. But having only one employee during the busiest time of the day is uncalled for. Where are the managers and owners of this branch? Why are they not picking up the slack? This poor girl had a line out the door and couldn’t even get to my online order as she was literally the only person there. While it was clear this issue was not her fault, she was definitely paying for it as numerous customers were standing around complaining because of the wait. Unacceptable management.
