A really friendly brew house, it felt like a Midwestern Dive Bar, complete with a band that was getting set up at we were leaving. It was chill, my girlfriend and I ordered a cheesesteak, loaded fries, pierogis, and lemon shandy beer.
All of it was tasty, and the beer was smooth. I enjoyed looking at the decor of the old beer signs and keg lids. It was also inexpensive for everything, coming up to $43 or so.
When we come back through town we know this is a good spot to visit again.

Ok, so I lived in Waverly a while back, came up to visit family and my wife and I discovered this place.
Everything about this place is as close to perfect as you can get.
I would recommend taking a flight through the beers, Kacey described each one to us, my wife and I shared a flight through all the drafts.
Bre was taking care of business and ensured everyone had what they needed as well as stocking the bar and coolers, she doesn’t stop!
We were happy right from the get go.
We ordered Carolina Wings to start. The wings were amazing, the sauce incredible but the homemade blue cheese was off the chain.
I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak Sub with Garlic Fries which was just beyond fantastic.
My wife ordered a special, Garlic Dilly Burger Sliders with Garlic Fries….she stopped speaking once she started eating it was that good.
Homemade Ranch was delicious.
This place is small and feels like someone’s home bar but it’s clean and simple yet welcoming and cozy.
If I still lived here I would call this home… Trying to convince them to have a room to rent the next time I come up from Florida.

We stopped coming to the Hotel Bradford about a year ago due to the lethargic service. It is always to go orders that take priority. The food is good for bar food but this place is not one to visit if you have a life outside of drinking. We won’t return after this visit. Go to the Pub in Waverly you will get great service, food and you won’t wait an hour to get bar food when the place is almost empty.

I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is unbeatable – laid-back, lively, and exactly the kind of spot you want to unwind at after a long day. The bartenders are always on point… friendly, fast, and they make you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time walking in.
And listen… we gotta talk about Mitch, (AKA HOT-POCKET) the main cook. The food is already amazing, but Mitch? Mitch is hotter than the grill he’s cooking on. Dude brings the heat in every possible way.
If you haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out. One of the best spots around.

If you want a spicier, calmer, more playful, or more professional version, just say the word.

If Hotel Bradford had a local legend, it’d be Kacey. Big personality, nonstop energy, outdoorsman grit, and the kind of charm that makes everyone feel like a regular five minutes after walking in. He doesn’t just work there, he sets the vibe.
Kacey’s a true ambassador for the place. Easy on the eyes, quick with a grin, and just flirty enough to keep the room smiling. The kind of guy who can talk to anyone and somehow make the bar feel warmer just by being there.
And when the holidays roll around, he commits. Christmas? Full-on Santa Claus. Fourth of July? Uncle Sam himself. Kids, families, and anyone who wants a laugh are welcome to sit on his lap. It’s all part of the fun, the memories, and the reason people keep coming back.

My boyfriend and I eat here every time we’re in the area because the food is so good. I always order the Buffalo chicken cheese steak and garlic parm fries and I have never been disappointed. In the food anyway. It’s always hot and delicious. HOWEVER, the last time we ate there we placed our food order at the bar, which it says to do on the menu. Casey took our order, and after 40-45 minutes of waiting for our food the other bartender, a blonde woman who was very nice came over and told us that our order was never turned in to the kitchen. Idk if this was done on purpose or if he genuinely forgot to turn it in before his shift ended. He seems to only be attentive to regulars and not so much to out of town visitors. Anyhow, we will probably continue to eat here when in the area because the food is so darn good.

Great little local spot with an excellent selection of craft beers on tap. Staff are all amazing and welcoming. Food selection is your standard bar fair but all done to perfection. Great atmosphere; fixed up and looking better than ever with all the dinge and darkness gone. Definitely going to stop back again when I’m home in the Valley.

I love this place so much, me and my family will go there very often, great kid friendly options, and the service is fast, I recommend this place whenever you’re in Waverly and you don’t know where to eat!

I’ve been coming here for maybe 3 years now. It’s family-run and they’re wonderful, friendly people. Casey (spelling?) is usually the bartender when I go and he’s amazing at his job. Food can sometimes take a while to come out but it’s always 110% worth it. They have several different alcoholic slushes throughout the summer and have a trivia host year-round on Tuesday nights.
