Manager refused to allow me to exchange freezer burnt boneless wings for traditional wings. It was an easy fix; I could have paid for the additional price in traditional! Whatever you do just save yourself the trouble than dealing with unpleasant service.

I went through the drive thru line. My order was fine. The service was okay. The only issue is that I ordered 5 chicken strips and an order of ranch buffalo chicken fries. When I pulled up to the window and I got my food, I asked for a BBQ sauce and he told me that would be 25 cents.

The food at this location is hit or miss, depending on the time of day. In the early afternoon, my food tends to be fresh and satisfying. However, whenever I order in the evening or around 5 pm, the food (particularly the chicken) is hard and evidently not freshly made.

Employee misheard order and rang it up wrong. I tell the employees that I didn’t make said order so they give me the tenders missing from the order and charge me for them. But because of their faults I ended up paying a higher price than I was supposed with half of the items I asked for being correct. The drive thru wasn’t busy at all so I just wouldn’t recommend them.
