Ordered two Signature Sandwiches, the cashier charged us for two meals. I didn’t want to deal with the refund, so took the drinks and fries. There were lots options from the soda machine, but most of the ones that I wanted either were unavailable or had no syrup. End up getting the ice water. I have paid extra for the lettuce and tomato to be added to the sandwiches, one of the sandwich did not have any lettuce and tomato. Flavor was OK, nothing special.

That was bad, really bad… I placed on online order at 8:40 and they accepted the order. They supposedly close at 9 but the doors were already locked by 8:45. I used the drive-thru where they told me they couldn’t fill my order as they only had 5 wings, not the 10 I ordered (so why did they accept it?). Unfortunately, since they accepted the order, I now get to deal with customer service to get a refund as they can’t cancel/reject it from the register.

Pulled up to order one truck ahead of me. My turn and I was asked to wait. After a longer than average amount of time I was asked to order. One house salad with fried chicken. It was a simple order. I was asked to give the order again after a pause. Repeated and was given price. Moved forward waiting again. Paid and I said thank you. I received change and I said thank you. The cashier never said a word. A second person handed me my order eventually and did say thank you.

I order food from this Zaxby’s weekly. Last night I ordered my usual, two Traditional Wings and Things Wimpy. The bread was barely toasted, the wings had no sauce on them, and the fries had to have been cooked at least three are four hours ago. I ate about 10% of the fries. This is the perfect way to lose my business.

We have order the chicken Sandwich and they packed in a black plastic box , because the sandwich was hot it bunt out the plastic box because of which we had to throw away the food, definitely we do not want burnt plastic getting into food .

Disappointed in their Southwest Zalad. It’s nowhere near as generous looking as pictured in their ads/boards. Fortunately, I had some lettuce at home, extra tomatoes, cheese, etc. to add to it. With tax it ended up being $11 wasted. Buy a salad kit and make your own.
