First things first I love Papa Murphy’s pizza. I like that it’s made fresh and I like how it cooks. I was kind disappointed I couldn’t just order my pizza online without using my credit card. I use cash for most things. I was just ordering their $10 xlny special so it wasn’t a special order or anything like that. These pizzas are already made so there ready to go. I didn’t have to wait to get my pizza I guess it was just the point of trying to order it online and I wasn’t able to for my needs of paying cash. The drive to PM was long because of traffic so was just trying to get ahead of the game. Got home cooked it and all was good. Left overs for Alabama versus LSU today.

I walked in was greeted said I needed to make an order. Young kid hat on backwards said an order ok. He finished the pizza he was working on and then told the other young man who had just came up front he was gonna do the dishes. He did not let his co workers know I was waiting to make an order. I stood for at least 10-15 minutes and finally asked if I could make an order. The young man said he thought I was waiting for an order. Customer service could have been better
