Ordered two Signature Sandwiches, the cashier charged us for two meals. I didn’t want to deal with the refund, so took the drinks and fries. There were lots options from the soda machine, but most of the ones that I wanted either were unavailable or had no syrup. End up getting the ice water. I have paid extra for the lettuce and tomato to be added to the sandwiches, one of the sandwich did not have any lettuce and tomato. Flavor was OK, nothing special.

This was a great Zaxby’s. The food was consistent and the staff was friendly. After being “temporarily closed” since the spring there is now a Panera Bread sign on the building. I can’t express enough how disappointed I am with this change.

We have order the chicken Sandwich and they packed in a black plastic box , because the sandwich was hot it bunt out the plastic box because of which we had to throw away the food, definitely we do not want burnt plastic getting into food .

Disappointed in their Southwest Zalad. It’s nowhere near as generous looking as pictured in their ads/boards. Fortunately, I had some lettuce at home, extra tomatoes, cheese, etc. to add to it. With tax it ended up being $11 wasted. Buy a salad kit and make your own.

This location is absolute trash. I would be ashamed to be a part of the team that works here.
The fact that the cooks can’t even properly make buttered toast is embarrassing. My fries were pale and undercooked. The chicken was so dry when I picked it up it fell apart.
The drive-thru attendant made me feel extremely unwelcome, and like I was a burden to serve. As a fellow fast food worker, that was the worst part of my experience here.

That was bad, really bad… I placed on online order at 8:40 and they accepted the order. They supposedly close at 9 but the doors were already locked by 8:45. I used the drive-thru where they told me they couldn’t fill my order as they only had 5 wings, not the 10 I ordered (so why did they accept it?). Unfortunately, since they accepted the order, I now get to deal with customer service to get a refund as they can’t cancel/reject it from the register.
Still hungry, I ordered the 5 wings they did have. Points in their favor, they were prompt and friendly. When I got home to eat, I found what were literally the worst wings I’ve ever eaten. So freezer-burned and dry (despite being drenched in sauce), they were clearly anything but fresh. Even the sauce (sweet and spicy) was bland and disappointing.
Maybe things are a bit better earlier in the evening but I don’t think I’ll be willing to spend any more money to find out.

We did an online order and drive through pick up. The sandwiches were super greasy and came without the sauces that we had requested. Had oil oozing out with each bite. Almost felt like the chicken had been refried. We ordered a regular chicken sandwich and spicy sandwiches. Both came with just one or two slices of pickles and no difference in taste. The wings were just ok with sparing sauce coating. Never ordering from here again.

Great experience. Quick stop for lunch. Delicious salad, tenders and fries. Tricky to get in and out of the parking lot. Have your wits about you! Starbucks is right beside Zaxbys and their drive thru patrons might block the in/out.
