first time trying it out , and i would honestly try it again with a different order hoping this was just an odd experience since many people recommended this place.
i thought i would get something simple and ordered the pepperoni duo Detroit-Style Pizza. the person on the phone told me i cant get that, just a regular style pizza, after quoting the website menu, he agreed and took my order.
i ordered it with the Garlic herb crust and will never do that since the crust was coated with the salty herb seasoning, so my wife and i knocked off and scraped it off .. then we were surprised that there wasn’t many pepperonis and they were piled up in the center along with the sauce so there was a lot of dry crust..
i didnt think to snap a photo… like i said, im willing to try it again and this time will order a simple pepperoni pizza with no fancy crust seasoning..

This Hungry Howies is awful. They just don’t seem to care what they serve people. Here is what they sent me. The lettuce was on a plastic bag .looks like someone just ripped it off a head of lettuce and thrown in a plastic bag. The bread is over cooked and for some reason the dough is always soggy..this is not the first time…but definitely the last. You should be ashamed of yourself whoever the manager is. Look at what your employees are sending out to people. Pictures below.

I ordered my dinner online to pick up. I waited for over an hour for the text to say my order was ready, never heard from anyone. I called, and they said, my order had been packaged to go and I said, I wanted to pick it up.I’m right across the street. The response was, will, it’s already packed out to go.And oh by the way, that’s an additional five dollars for delivery. I felt like I shouldn’t have been charged for delivery because I didn’t ask for delivery but nonetheless.I paid the extra charge for delivery. Then, my order came and it was not.What I ordered at all.
An $11.00 salad turned out to cost me over twenty five dollars and I didn’t even get what I ordered. I won’t use Hungry Howie’s again.

I won’t shop any other pizza shops. Hungry Howie’s always have great pizza and other items. The customer service is amazing every time I go. Always friendly staff.

My husband and I just picked up pizza for the first time from this location and we were so surprised by how everything went. The call was flawless. We got there in under 10 minutes and Kevin was very nice and talked with us for a minute before getting our pizza. The pizza and cheese bread was so good. I rarely leave reviews, but this was great service. I’m actually shocked by the other reviews on here; however, some seem completely unrealistic. We will definitely be back.

The pizza is usually always good but sometimes you get a not the best but the staff is always amazing! The night staffs probably my favorite employees! The manager is always personable and that puts a smile on your face after a long work day and you don’t want to make your teens dinner.
