Excellent food and margaritas! The atmosphere was lively and happy, with lots of colors and pleasant decor. The tropical golden shrimp are a must try, and absolutely huge. The first thing I try at a new Mexican restaurant is the Milanesa, and they knocked it out of the park. The nachos were fantastic as well. They pay attention to the presentation as well. Even better, the prices are on par with your “standard” Mexican restaurant, but the food and margaritas are far better.

Stopped by here last Thursday after a long day and in need of a late lunch. The service was amazing, music was great (they were Rihanna), and I really enjoyed the food and drinks. I tried the ceviche and more to take home. Everything was fresh…seafood, vegetables and the tortillas. I felt very comfortable and welcomed here.

Love this place! Service was a little substandard, but the food and drinks made up for it easily. The passion margarita was delicious with the perfect amount of spice and the cozumel shrimp tacos with the mexican slaw are amazing and definitely worth going back for. Queso was also good! I’d love to try the tableside guac next visit.

Zama is a solid neighborhood Mexican restaurant. The chips are thin and crispy, and the salsa has a great consistency. Inside the restaurant is nothing special, but the service was prompt and friendly. The Vegetariana Gordita and Baja Ensenada taco both had great, unique flavors. I always love seeing gorditas at neighborhood Mexican restaurants but it’s kind of rare!

First time visiting and it won’t be the last. The atmosphere was wonderful and love the decor of the restaurant. Our hostess was really sweet and pleasant. The food was on point!!! So many options to choose from and love they have options for vegans/vegetarians. I will definitely recommend this restaurant because they display excellent customer service!!!

Good ambience . Polite servers . Food is average . We tried the shredded chicken tostada which was average . Veggy fajitas where vegetables weee almost burned 🙁 chicken tacos were just okay . I wouldn’t return .

Food was excellent. Love the twist in flavor and ingredients. So flavor wise this is a fantastic place. However, service on Sunday evening was really really slow. We literally waited 30 minutes for three dishes. And one was basic easy beef tacos. The atmosphere is great though and the outdoor patio has super comfy padded indoor style chairs. Step above the test there. I’d come back but be prepared to wait on your food.
