Service, location, and cleanliness were A++++. Flavor and value for money C-. I ordered 1lb of Alaskan crab legs (no corn, no sausage, no potatoes, no egg). The price was $43.00! Perhaps since its in westgate they have to upcharge. I don’t believe it was an entire pound. It was very light and also the most expensive “pound” in this area. It was one cluster and 2 baby back leg empty pieces. The spice level that I ordered was baby spice however it was definitely medium spice. Why did I stay after they told me the price?Because the customer service was the best. Will not recommend nor visit again.

For a first time customer…i recommend…Do not waste your money at this establishment!! The shrimp, corn and rice was either over cooked or under cooked. The wait time was ridiculous (1hr to 1hr 30m)…are you serious!!!! I had my order remade three times!?! The drinks, rice container and the Special sauce were brought out uncovered..mind you, there are a lot of people at west gate walking around and anything can get in to your food when sitting outdoors or indoors The only service i really enjoyed was Angela’s…she was so kind and tried her best to assist the problem! The manager was little no help at all. Not worth the revisiting this restaurant. So upsetting!!

0/10 I would not recommend. Our servicer Gwen was great. The portion size is totally wrong. I had a pound of crawfish that came with 15 crawfish vs a pound of shrimp with no heads (Big as hell) had over 20 pieces. There’s too much garlic in the sauce. Not spicy. Eggs taste weird. The corn isn’t sweet corn. The potatoes are not boiled good enough, they were hard.

Busy weekend for Mother’s Day and concert going on. Friendly staff. Angela, was very kind and professional. Made several suggestions (drinks, sauces, spices). It was a bit busy but never felt rushed. She is also bilingual (English/Spanish). My wife’s primary language is Spanish, so it made her feel at ease that she could order and ask questions.

The sauce is good. The seafood is clearly frozen and a lot of the times over cooked. Takes absolutely forever to get a table & they don’t take reservations. Then you sit in here for WAY too long for your food. Take my advice and order for pickup.

It’s a nice and sorta friendly place. Angela kinda looked and talked to me weirdly cause I showed up by myself I guess lol. They could work on the customer service honestly and also would recommend that they clean their seafood better. Putting whole shrimps for people to eat and not cleaning out the poop like, seriously?? Idk if anyone looks at their shrimp before eating it cause I like to split mine to see if they clean them out and the poop was right in my face. Didn’t end up finishing my leftovers either.

There were 6 tables occupied in the restaurant during our visit. We both ordered the soft shell crab basket with Cajun fries. We were told our food would take between 20 and 30 minutes. The crab was underseasoned and bland. The service was underwhelming and extremely slow considering how few diners were in the restaurant and how many servers were on duty. I asked for pepper, and two separate people tried to bring me butter… and it took 10 minutes to come out. When we got our check, the butter – which we refused both times and again asked for pepper – was on my check.

Always a great experience at any Hot and Juicy location we go to. I really appreciate about H&J is you have an option of getting your fried catfish regular or Cajun seasoned. No other Cajun seafood place gives me that option. Those other places only offer catfish one way. Staff is always super friendly.

Ok this place is not super clean. We went for lunch. Three adults ordered the combo bag with shrimp, crawdaddies, sausage, corn and potatoes. Shrimp were way over cooked. Flavor was fantastic! Ordered the medium spice. Our server was great. Just food was disappointing. Please please please do a deep clean of the whole place-it’s In desperate need.
