One star cause I can’t leave zero. Absolutely terrible food. Staff was super sweet but the green tea tasted terrible and had a bunch of leaves and stems in bottom of cups. The tofu in the miso soup was not cooked all the way and the miso tasted watered down somehow. The shrimp tempura we ordered came with the breading falling apart and the inside of it was raw. The udon soup had undercooked noodles and tasted like spicy oil water with no flavor and the chow mein we ordered had the same meat in both even though one ordered chicken and the other ordered pork. In the end we paid 66 dollars for a meal we didn’t eat any of and while checking the receipt realize the prices we paid don’t match the prices on the menu. We all went home feeling nauseous and very disappointed.

Atmosphere was classical nothing exciting, service was polite and quick(ish) however the food I had, chicken teriyaki entree with fried rice, I want to make clear, fried rice was only reason food got 2 stars, it was glorious. The chicken… it honestly looked fake and pressed out of a tube.

I’ve been back in Washington almost 10 years and I leave in a week and I’m grateful that I found Yukio’s before I did. This is hands down the best teriyaki restaurant I have been to ever. Everything was cooked to perfection. The Prawn Tempura almost melts in your mouth and the Gyoza is the perfect combination of crispy and chewy. To top it all off the Chicken Teriyaki was absolutely amazing, it was tender, juicy and had the perfect amount of sauce. If I could I would give 10/5 stars and I definitely recommend Yukio’s Teriyaki. I will be back when I’m in Washington and plan to eat here at least once every time I’m here. Thank you for the phenomenal food!

The portion size was great but I got the beef yakisoba and there were barely scraps of beef in it no full pieces at all – plus the bottom of the to go container was filled with oil. The noodles had no flavor and was very unappetizing due to the over load of oil. I wanted to like this place since it is closer to home but I’m sticking with happy teriyaki #3 10/10 do not recommend

I wanted more vegetables and ordered chicken and vegetables. One of the best quick and healthier food choices I could find around the area traveling between Seattle and Portland. Tasty and excellent portion size! Moderately priced but it’s worth it.

Sauce on the teriyaki was very good. Chicken was really dry on edges and burnt on others. Probably not my choice of lunch again. I probably got about 4 piece’s total that didn’t feel like I was breaking my teeth trying to chew it.
