paid 3 dollars for extra bacon. got no bacon. was waiting on it all day bc it’s my favorite thing to get. happened on multiple occasions. do they not read the order all the way? another time i got the wrong order. get right.

For some reason it’s just impossible for them to get your order right here. We ordered a smash burger combo meal and a double cheeseburger combo meal, and while we were ordering the employee was giggling. She told us the total and we asked for her to repeat our order back to check, and she said “Uh you had the 2 double cheeseburgers?”. So we had to tell her everything again, and she still couldn’t get it right. Then a guy comes on the speaker to get our order right, so that was 3 times telling them what we wanted. And when we got our food, it still wasn’t right.

Ate on 01/25/26. Whoever took my order clearly did not care enough about their job to pay attention to a word I said. They had me repeat my order 3 times and still got it wrong. I came around to ask them to remake my burger because after telling them no onions 3 times my burger still had onions. When they brough me my food back it was the same burger with the same onions on it. They game me a medium fries and chili cheese tots after asking for only a large chili cheese tot and a medium drink instead of a large. Over all one of the less enjoyable experiences I’ve had at this location. Also if anyone from corporate gets to read this tell your employees its poor taste to have a personal phone conversation while taking and bringing orders to customers. I ordered my food around 4:40pm if that helps with seeing who was staffed at the time

Over half an hour of waiting and got cold fries and half our order was missing. When we asked for the rest of the order the girl went to “look” for it. She came back and gave us one of the items but said the tenders were “cold and gross looking” so she didn’t add them. I asked what she was going to give us to replace the tenders and she offered fries. Essentially we paid for food we didn’t receive. Save your time and money and go anywhere but here.

This is disguising. The bun is wet. The lettuce is dark brown. Also a hair in it. I love sonic but it’s like this every time I try it in Rincon. Please fix this so I can enjoy sonic again

This place was actually pretty good when i was here last. I visited at 4:30pm and got 2 burgers and a drink, and they got the order completely correct on the first try! My slush was well flavored and the burgers were good. I’m rating 4 stars only because I’ve had poor experiences with this particular location in the past. Also, a piece of the menu was backwards which is a little funny.

Just about every time Ive eaten a burger from here I have gotten sick. The only safe choice is tater tots and they may not even come out hot. It’s sad because there are many options that are so good from sonic but not this location

This location has been extremely slow as far back as I remember. They’re incapable of making a fountain drink in less than 30 minutes, even when you place a mobile order. I tried speaking with the manager after multiple poor interactions, but she couldn’t have cared less that they’re providing awful service or that I said I wouldn’t be back. I understand it doesn’t directly affect her paycheck, but as a manager you should care that your business is creating negative experiences at every visit. There isn’t going to be a paycheck when you run every customer off. Do better. I hope this location sells or closes and something better goes in its place.

Service could not be more inconsistent. Sometimes it’s so fast you know it was someone else’s order, other times it’s so slow you can’t risk going here on your lunch break. Promo foods are often gone very quickly, but basic menu items are made wrong. It’s like every day is the places first day open. I love Sonic, just not this one.

They only have one way units through driver. You can’t even go up to drive through menus. And half service like that, they are extremely slow and their food is terrible for all the bad reviews. I’m surprised this place has not been shut down. I’m surprised a general major does not care. How about to the store It’s very sad. This place needs to be shut down and re-evaluated again by their staff.
