This place was actually pretty good when i was here last. I visited at 4:30pm and got 2 burgers and a drink, and they got the order completely correct on the first try! My slush was well flavored and the burgers were good. I’m rating 4 stars only because I’ve had poor experiences with this particular location in the past. Also, a piece of the menu was backwards which is a little funny.

The screen was broken, and I couldn’t pay with a debit card after ordering. The service was fast but our food was cold. Cold hamburgers and fries/tots. Milkshakes were good. I noticed employees dressed in house shoes and not in uniform parked at the front blocking stalls for customers? It’s been years since I stopped in this Sonic because it was nasty and had food issues. I thought surely after 4 years this place was back on track, I was mistaken! Same as years ago. This place is like the Burger King up the road in Rincon, a big waste of time. I’ll stick to Chick-fil-A or the “hit or miss ” McDonald’s for the only fast food in Rincon. Krystal, Arby’s, Sonic, and Burger King are a waste of time and money in Rincon, and the Dairy Queen is headed in the same direction. The owners of these establishments need to wake up in our community.

I tried doing a survey but the store number wasn’t complete to do so (my fault. Receipt was in pocket) I went on 3/21/23 at 1:05pm and my drive thru experience was fantastic!!! Joey(?) Took my order swiftly and was very kind. Once I got to the window Iesha (the receipt says that was my carhop so I’m assuming. She has red curly hair) was so sweet!!!! Big smile and so friendly! Order was correct and service was great! (Check #474610) I’ve been here many times and never had an issue. Sometimes it’s a little slammed but so far so good. Idk who’s working when these bad reviews come in but it’s not this crew!

They have no respect blasting music all day when they are across from a motel that is mainly occupied by construction workers. These workers work from sun up to sundown and would like to get some rest. Is it a fast food restaurant or a lounge. No need to blast the music do better. Woken up at 8 am from music blasting.
