I haven’t had a good meal here in, I can’t tell you how long. I give it a try every couple months but it’s pretty much the same result. Either the food is incorrect, long wait times (min staff in my exp, to the point where the lobby is locked & no access to dine in or go in and talk to a manager when there is an issue), not very friendly or some combo thereof. I’ve called and talked to managers, the GM and even an email to corporate. To clarify, never once asking for anything and turning down any compensation offered.
I like Wendy’s still these days in general. Not NEARLY as good as when Dave was around. Quality of meat went way down (burgers way to thick and fluffy now?) Spicy chicken sandwiches were much larger, a little spicier and muucch better quality/taste. It was addicting how good they were

I went to get dinner through the drive thru because the online app was down. I get there and I’m told cash only. I leave to get cash from the atm. I get back order my food. 7 meals. When I get my food the first time, I missing food and the fries were extremely old.
I park to go inside but the doors are already locked by 7. I go to the drive thru again. I tell them what I’m missing and about the fries. They want all my food given back to them. I knew this was odd as I know they aren’t supposed to take food back. But I gave it to them. They literally took my same good reheated it told me it was new and fresh and have it back to me. I didn’t know what to do so I went home so I could call.
I try to pass out everything but the fries to my kids cz those were inedible. Come to find out all of the food was made wrong. And the burgers were also ice cold. I had to microwave them….
Old meat, old fries, wrong food, poor customer service… And we were watching the workers doing stuff on their phones. While checking out food.
I’m very upset and can’t get ahold of anyone of the phone. Last night or this morning.

First and LAST time at this location. First, music inside was BLASTING. Bass was distorting the speakers and it sounded horrible. Waited for a few minutes before anyone even came to take my order. Then after I ordered was told it would take five minutes because they had to “put some fresh meat on for me.” More than 15 minutes later got my burger and some cold fries. Burger was ok. And no ketchup in the dining room. Never again.

Today I went through the drive thru for lunch and got a $6 biggie bag (Double stack) w/ fries and drink. All of my customizations were heard and my burger was made perfectly. The nuggets were fresh but the fries were room temp. I expected fresh fries due to the wait for the nuggets but overall I was pleased with the experience. The service was great ! I’ll be back again soon.

Everytime it comes to this location and use the mobile app there is always a issue. I pay or use my points and they “can’t see my order” or I still owe money? How do I owe money if I submitted a mobile order and paid to confirm the order? How does a mobile order confirm if it owes money? Not possible I then canceled my order and left just to still to say order completed? I never received any food so where’s my money ? Or where my food. Poor customer service and poor employees probably stole my food. Do better.

Lobby closed at 8 o’clock . Makes it really hard for dashers. 22 mins in drive thru. Outside of store discusting. Do better. This wendys used to be the best in town . But now I see why the company is going down hill.

Ordered through Instacart because I can’t stand going there at night due to the “cash only” most nights. I would think theft but I’m just really sick of the nasty food. Ordered Spicy chicken sandwich combo, all I received was a cold sandwich, nothing else for the combo, Biggie Bag, cheeseburger only in the bag, no nuggets, no fries, no sauces. A junior Bacon cheeseburger with a small fry. A Cheeseburger, and it was the size of a kids meal cheeseburger. Close this place down or get new managers.

Before being negative I want to start with the good: the staff and manager were very pleasant and were trying their best to fix the multiple situations that were going on at the restaurant. It was very clear that multiple situations were going on at once.
That said it’s kind of nutty to be pulled up and have a ten minute wait as the only person in the drive thru. The only thing crazier was also then giving cold fries with making someone wait ten minutes lol. I immediately pulled over and came inside to get that remade because that’s ridiculous to pay close to 14 dollars for a meal to get food that has been sitting in the bag cold for anywhere between 1-9 minutes (I timed how long this took because this place has been notoriously slow. to the point I avoid the place).
I don’t know if this is just corporate not helping a store when they’re being killed or not wanting to pay for enough staff to handle a single order. Again, I want to iterate that the manager and crew working register were doing their best to put out the fires but there’s no way it is acceptable to be pulling cars up for ten minutes and then also serving cold fries on a single combo meal.

$7 and some odd cents (.19?) later, all of the food was uneatable. All went into the trash. This store should be embarrassed! Frosty’s well below par…maybe clean the machine? More like a cold/warm melted something. Fries were luke warm and brown. Change grease? Burger, 1 bite, cold burger, cheese and bun was not soft.
WASTE OF MONEY!!
