The food is PHENOMENAL! No complaints about the price as I got exactly what I paid for… instant seating. Friendly service, prompt food arrival, and she even brought my pup some water. She not only cared about my husband and myself she tended to her! Will definitely be back!! 10/10

The food is great. The hostess was inept and had no idea what she was doing. Said we’d be seated, called a server over and then gave seats to the next couple and pretended we didn’t exist. After we just took a seat and told her we had a server with a brain and it was a great experience.

We visited late afternoon (4:30 ish) and got seating immediately, our server was quick with drinks and to get our order. Ramen bowls and sushi were very tasty and filling! Plus Wednesday was half price on some of the sushi and 2 for $22 on others. No problems here at all, restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean, decor was very appealing ( loved the different textures in the wall design) They had 3-4 cooking sections where you could have hibachi cooked in front of you, dining room seating, sushi bar seating and outdoor patio seating. Overall great visit for a mid to higher grade restaurant.

The food was solid. Is it the best Ramen ever no. But it is good. My mother ordered shrimp teppenayki and was less than impressed. And while she can be picky it was not the best presentation. I had Tonktsu Ramen. It was good. Well presented. Again not the best ever, and not sure it would be my go to dish here. Server was outstanding and very sweet.

My wife and dined in your restaurant this afternoon. Do not get me wrong, the food was fine but the price certainly was not! We always share a meal because neither one of us can eat a whole meal. We ordered the fried rice with chicken, shrimp, and steak and 2 egg rolls. The waitress did not specify any extra charge to us. We assumed that there would be a small charge, but man were we surprised when we got the bill. The entrée was $12 and the egg roll were $4, so the total should have been $16 plus tax. They charged us a total of $18 additional dollars for the little amount of both meats ($7 & $9). We paid $35.04 which is absolute highway robbery. When we asked the waitress about it, she said we would have to take it up with the manager ourselves, which is not right. If she was a good waitress that cared about her customers, she would have taken care of the issue for us. I have never been ripped of so bad in a restaurant before in my life!!! Absolutely crazy and poor service!

Good food and service. We had Yakisoba Noodles , vegatable sushi and Fried rice. Best thing is that they can make some alterations in your food. Like we didn’t wanted chicken in fried rice so we replaced with tofu. Food was yummy and served hot.

Best Japanese/sushi/asian restaurant in the tri-cities, hands down. Sushi is very good and their ramen bowls are amazing. Can be a little inconsistent with service and speed, but we always come back for the amazing food and sushi deals.

Wonderful quality sushi. The Cowboy Roll was especially excellent. Everyone was very polite, but the service at lunchtime was a bit slow. I think they only had 1 server for the whole place, however, it was not busy.
