This Panda Express was so clean and food was hot & fresh!!
I decided to give Panda Express another try. I kind of stopped going there in Florida. Because the lines were always so long. But now that i’m back in Georgia, I thought I’d buzz in there and see how long the wait would be. What a surprise. I was able to get right in order. My food have a few samples of their specialty drinks and in two or three minutes.I was sitting down eating my food. The spring rolls were crispy-crunchy (love that) and the teriyaki chicken was superb. They seem to be constantly replenishing the food service line. So everything is hot off the grill, straight to the line. They have some really cool fruit drinks. There was no problem getting several samples to decide which flavor you wanted to order. I like to try something different every once in a while. Did I mention how clean this place was? I was super, super impressed. Instead of taking my order out to the car to eat my lunch as I usually would, I sat at one of the tables inside which was immaculate. The staff was really nice. So all in all, it was a great experience, and I will definitely go back to this particular Panda Express.

Was this location hit or miss? Many times you don’t ever know what you will experience at a familiar chain location, especially in Fayetteville. This one was a major hit!
I ordered through the drive thru and noticed signage they were out of many sauces(soy, teriyaki, etc.) due to supply shortages. The very apologetic employee reiterated the shortages and was very patient and kind when I asked her to repeat what was available, multiple times.
The wait for the three cars in front of us was very short. The employee was very pleasant and kind and promptly took our payment and gave us our order.
The packaging was intact and no food was spilling out. All utensils, napkins, and fortune cookies were right in the bag where they should be. The food was hot and fresh and had very good flavor. The rice was cooked perfectly(which sometimes isn’t the case at many Panda restaurants) and the to-go container, to my son’s approval, was surprisingly nice and full.
We have all had to deal with shortages and delays over the last couple of years and I do not feel that something out of the control of the franchisee should mar the rating of the restaurant. Service and food were both great, we will visit this location again!

I come here all the time, at least twice a week, and I normally go inside. However, the last two times I have gone through the drive thru have been very disappointing experiences.

Both times, Mikayla has had a very rude attitude when speaking over the intercom. Because of this, I now refuse to order when she is on the speaker and ask for someone else to take my order.

Tonight, Sue was on the speaker taking my order. I asked for the teriyaki chicken, and she told me they were sold out, then suggested orange chicken and another item. I told her that I still wanted the teriyaki chicken, and she replied that it would take 15 to 20 minutes. I said that was fine. She then asked again, “You are going to wait 15 to 20 minutes?” and I confirmed yes.

Both Mikayla and Sue were very rude and not customer friendly. I visit this location often, and I have never had issues when ordering inside, but the recent drive thru experiences have been unacceptable.

This location does not like to fry their fried rice until it is thoroughly done. I visited here on Saturday and the brown fried rice tasted gummy and too light in color. They also overcook their teriyaki chicken where it’s too hard and burnt. Do better Panda!

Today I ordered the sesame shrimp & “steak”, teriyaki chicken and rice.
Cons : the “steak” was NOT steak the meat was crispy and tasted like fried liver SOMETHING I HATE i HATE the taste of liver and the “steak” was NOT tender real steak is supposed to be tender NOT crispy and the teriyaki chicken had too much fat on the chicken ‍♀️.

The food was fresh but not many choices(they were all empty) but still overall the food was good. Also, the food container got little smaller than before. However, these days need to understand the situation of our economy so…

I come here for my dinner and I get racial profiled the lady was all excited for the guy in front of me but she acted funny and very unprofessional when it was my turn to order what I want. She definitely needs Customer service training.

The staff seemed confused. I went home to eat and immediately started to throw up while eating a small portion of the rice. They need a manager on site all the time. The food is a mystery.

The truth is I was delighted with the food from this place, fresh, it was not salty, it was not greasy, for me of all the ones I have visited, even though they sell the same thing, I feel that it is the best

I love Chinese food. This was my first time trying this chain. We went inside to SEE the options. The restaurant was clean and bright. The service was great. I was very impressed with the serving size. The food was satisfying but not wonderful. My brother tried to explain that the preparation is a different style than I am accustomed to. (I did take my leftovers) I could eat here again, but it would not be my first choice for Chinese food.
