Young bucks Coffee & Eatery specializes in craft coffee based on Speciality Coffee Association of America standards. We provide traditional drinks, as well as flavored lattes, and energy drinks. We also serve fresh smoothies to ensure you get your fruits and veggies in for the day! In addition to our drinks and smoothie bar we have sandwiches, flat bread pizzas, a s’more tray, sweet treats, and some other yummy eats.

Love Young Bucks! Louise has put so much time and Attention in to detail at her cafe and it shows in her customer service and Products! Everything we’ve tried (which is ALOT ) has been high quality and fresh! Coffee is amazing, love that the smoothies are made with REAL fruit, not fruit syrups or processed powders. Sandwiches and salads feel homemade and even the water is purified with reverse osmosis system. A great environment to hang out. Always looking forward to going back!

This welcoming coffee shop is my regular go-to for coffee, studying, meeting a friend or taking my daughter to play. The food is great (I love the pizza, avocado toast, and gluten free banana bread), but mostly it’s refreshing to have a coffee shop in Williston that takes its coffee seriously. Highly recommended.

Lady is super friendly. Asked if i was still doing the bicycle riding group. Said i am and that her friend just bought a bike. Put my bike in the entry and enjoyed a chai tea. Free water for bicyclers and runners. Williston bicycle club.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Great service and great food! So many options for all different tastes. We ordered the Oh Deer and The Meadow breakfast sandwiches (10/10 for both), a caramel frappe and a peanut butter mocha iced latte. I’ve never ordered a coffee with peanut butter but I definitely will be from now on!
