The store is clean and the food is good, but service is woefully slow. At 2:30 PM, it took several minutes to take my order. It was twice as long to order a hamburger and drink as it took to make it. I dined in and perhaps drive through would be faster. I will give them another chance.

I haven’t enjoyed the last few times I have gone. I understand that they have some high-school kids working there and all, but I am getting hours old fries every time. This last time is my last visit, since they do not at all appear to care about their service whatsoever. I ended up getting very old fries, and a very skimpy amount.

I love their breakfast! Went through the drive thru every morning before xmas at 7 am on my way too work. Now all of a sudden I go back to work this week and every morning, nothing! Place dark and no one answered and waited on me! One day there was a sign at the drive thru stating they can’t open up yet. Also, have gone several times on weekends at 8 to go in and doors locked! What is going on!! Poor business!!

Came in at 1pm on a Saturday and they were putting truck away. Huge line in the lobby and in the drive-thru so I understood service would be slower than usual. But after waiting 25 minutes for my food I was still missing a side of fries and ranch, so I asked the gal putting orders together. She told me to wait, and put two other orders together. The 2nd person told her she should have completed my order before his, she said she did, it was just missing stuff. He told her that’s not a completed order then. She said she’s just doing her job. I told her that I understood but I had been waiting 25 minutes for my food at this point and she told me “that’s not my problem” very rudely. I told her that it kindof was, and she said no she’s just the sandwich maker so no it wasn’t her problem. Another employee stepped in and told her to calm down and got me the things I was missing. The food was fine, albeit my special instructions for no mayo weren’t followed, but I get it they are busy and tensions are high and things get missed. But there is absolutely no excuse to be rude to someone who is politely asking you to fix an order you messed up on.

11:30 am on Sat. No baked potatoes, no crackers for Chili, chili had rings of onion instead of chopped. Slow service. Manager said to hurry and stood there. Short staffed. Ate in, do 2 orders then fill them and 2 more. We were a party of 4. We didn’t get to eat together the way the food came out. Poor poor. I worled.for Wendy’s long ago, sad for this service.

We were the only people in line. Manager came up to the register, didnt acknowledged us at all just sat there texting on her phone. And then after waiting a couple of minutes because she was texting she turned around and walked off. Never said a word to us. Then someone else came up and took the order. Made everything very awkward and uncomfortable.

First off I get to the drive through there is one car in the whole parking lot still takes them 5 minutes (not exaggerating) to even be ready to take my order I read directly off the menu what I want a 4 piece French toast.even though I read exactly word for word what’s on the menu I get told by the GM of the store that they don’t have that so many red flags right off the bat I just drove off. Employees don’t know what’s on there own menu and they can only serve one car every 5 minutes no wonder you work in fast food

Ordered on the app twice now and both times they got it wrong. Last week got 3 spicy chicken sandwich meals, one plain, one without tomato and one regular – got home and all were plain. Gave them another chance tonight – ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals without asking for any changes, so less chance of a mix-up, but they still didn’t put tomatoes on either one (and mayo, Lettuce and tomato are the normal toppings). This was at 8:30 at night so it was NOT busy, but still can’t get the order right. I can say the fries were hot, so that’s a plus, but probably won’t be back here for a while.

I haven’t had food poisoning in years and was lucky enough to get it from the maple chicken breakfast sandwich from this location. Maybe the service being slow was my warning to leave without my food.
