Chicken is so gross. It was so bad I wasn’t even sure it was chicken. Spring rolls were OK. Definitely not eating here again. Outside parking lot is like an urban zoo. Smells like urine, trash everywhere, and crime is so bad over there they have a security guard constantly patrolling the parking lot yet he doesn’t seem to be doing much for helping to keep things controlled out there. Definitely not going back ever.

I love Yoshinoya, but this prison architecture doesn’t make me feel inclined to dine at this establishment.

This my local yoshinoya they have in room dining and restrooms and they have there own parking lot . And they have a drive through. The downside of this Location is anytime after 6pm they only have one cashier doing multiple task as the following working the drive through and the people that walk in and that same one person is also bagging the food. To much work for 1 person everyone that walks in has to wait about 10min to place there order

The employees are friendly/nice and the food is great. But I would never go here because of the surrounding of it. The outside of this locations is a filled with vendors right in front of the Yoshinoya door, homeless people and addicts around here. Doesn’t feel safe to be honest

I didn’t visit three weeks ago, but I have been there before. It’s been a long time, but I would say when I went, it was the quintessential Yoshinoya experience – good food, somewhat pleasant atmosphere.

The whole alley full of homeless cigars is disgusting and it smells ugly with that water that runs through the 720 bus stop, even though they are sometimes removed, it is put back on and everything is disgusting and a bad appearance.

Don’t go here. Small portions, awful people in this area. Homeless everywhere, even in the place. It’s dirty and not worth it. Food is barely edible. I want my money and my time back.

They were overloaded since a ton of new coupons were released, and I, along with everyone else in line, had one of them. My lunch arrived on time thanks to the staff’s ability to keep the line moving. To handle such a long line and especially for dine-in guests, the establishment requires more seating. Currently, the line to order wraps almost completely around a cluster of tables gathered in the center of the room.

The assumptive troublesome nearby surroundings and loiterers led me to believe the worst about this particular Yoshinoya location. However my “there is a silver lining in everything” outlook on life led me to go on a mini adventure and to test my assumptions about this location’s safety, sanitation/food safety rating, crew member competence and service, taste, smell and appearance of the food ordered, and the overall experience during the visit. For this visit I had 2 cheesecake slices which were pre-packaged and worth facing every one of my fears. However, since I cannot, in good faith provide an accurate and thorough accounting of my experience with this location’s prepared food and service, I shall plan a future visit to Yoshinoya at Alvarado & Wilshire that would allow for a more immersive experience. More will be revealed…
