I placed my order and paid and was asked to wait at parking number 8. I waited and noticed other getting their food and leaving. Then I noticed new cars coming and waiting to get their food then getting their food and leaving before I got mines. After 15 minutes I noticed the manager is on the phone talking with who looks like his friends that don’t work there (I have pictures). I’m noticing other cars are also waiting for their order. I see somebody finally come out to give another customer there order and I’m getting upset, I have my 3 year old in the car and it’s almost 9 o’clock and my food still is not here. I asked the employee what is going on I’m still waiting for my phone, he says let me check. A minute he comes out and said what did you order because we can’t find it and there are a lot of receipts back there. I tell him my order and he just walks away and another customer who has been waiting says I just order a happy meal. 10 minutes later here comes my food. I asked for my receipt and the managers name who was on the phone and his name is Terrance. I tell the employees this is 3rd time this exact McDonald’s has done this to me and I’m tired of it. She says we tell the customer if you are waiting 10 minutes or longer to come inside and let us know. I tell here what if you can’t because like my self you have a baby in the car. I ordered my food at 8:34pm and received it at 9:01 pm and I just had a Big Mac meal and a 4 piece nugget happy meal.

Not great service tonight. Didn’t receive part of my order, sauces for nuggets, napkins or a receipt for my order. Went back through they said there was nothing they could do to find the receipt. Was super uncomfortable. All the while you could see the manager lady goofing off and playing around no concern at all to even speak to me. Took me an extra 30 minutes to get food home to my kids.

Horrible service! We ordered spicy chicken sandwiches and the chicken was so dry you couldn’t hardly swallow it. Chicken was really old.When I took the manager she didn’t apologize she act like we were putting her out. There was ice cream all over the floor and the table had not been wiped off. This location had a strange atmosphere. Lots of raw concrete walls. There was no self-serve area for beverages, condiments, or napkins. You had to ask the staff for everything and they were very unattentive. There were several that were going out of their way to avoid anyone standing at the counter. Maybe this is a way to force people through the drive-thru.

Night crew on 7/25/23 was god awful. After they parked me I waited 25 minutes just to get my quarter pounder meal for my mom and an 20 piece nugget for me and that’s after I had to go inside and they instantly handed it to me. If I could give zero stars I would. My review probably don’t mean much but take heed. Still didn’t get my drink but I’d rather go to Taco Bell next door and get a Baja blast

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! We can never come here without being asked to pull up and wait in a parking spot. The staff told us it’s “corporate policy” to make you up pull and wait so they can hit metrics, however no other McDonald’s in the area operates this way. Even after waiting 10+ minutes, our orders are always wrong and we have to walk inside and wait even longer for them to fix it. I don’t why we keep coming here, when it’s always the same issue.

They are the worst at losing an order, especially when doing curbside. It supposed to be more convenient and the new app suppose to notify them when I’m close but it still takes 10 minutes to bring my food to curbside. In fact I had to get out of the car, defeating the whole point of curbside to go get my order. They need to work on their system because it’s broke.
