I love the stuffed grape leaves! I ordered the traditional Moussaka as my main dish. It was still hot when I picked it up and made with some really delicious ingredients. I called in my order and picked up from the restaurant. It seems to be a family run place and I appreciate that!

Absolutely wonderful dinning experience start to finish. We couldn’t decide what appetizer to get so we got the Meza platter with a little bit of everything. Best decision ever! This food is amazing, the atmosphere fantastic and the owners are truly one of a kind. While the food is hands down the best authentic Greek I’ve ever had, meeting Papou and YiaYia was the real treat. Run, don’t walk to this place!

WOW WHAT A GREAT PLACE the perfect family restaurant. Warm inviting fantastic people Every thing was fresh and cooked to perfection. They really make you feel at home! I know it takes a lot of time and prep and it shows in there dedicationin to traditional Greek cooking. It is easy to feel a strong connection to the people who run this place. Thank you all for a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday !!!

We picked this place as a new Greek spot to try, and I’m glad we did. We had gyro platters ($13) that included a nice, small side salad that was brought out immediately. The gyro and fries were cooked to order and delicious. I enjoy most lamb/beef gyros and this was no exception – the only change would be asking for tzaziki on the side to add as we ate (some sank to the bottom and you don’t want to waste the sauce!). The fries were AMAZING – I’ve had very few better at local spots. They were well seasoned, but it was the texture of the fresh hand cut fries (skin on) that was so delicious. They had just the right balance of crispy crunchy bites and soft interiors. Wish we could have tried one of the desserts that looked so good or split a few appetizers – we plan to return and do both. Service was fast and friendly, and it was a great price for a from scratch meal!

The staff is so nice, the food is delicious, and the wait time is very fast! Real Greek food for a great price. I definitely recommend, especially for those who love to support locally owned restaurants and businesses.

I was in town for work and ordered some takeout from here. I was met with the warm hospitality of “Papou- Greek for grandfather” who is 70 years young and YiaYia’s husband of over 50 years. It was such a blessing to talk to him and watch his wife (who is 74) cook all the meals herself in the kitchen-yes she cooks everything herself! She moved liked a 30 year old and had so much passion in her art. Papou showed me his award from the President of Greece for bringing “authentic” Greek food to the states. The President of Greece loved YiaYia’s cooking so much he honored them with this state award. Amazing! We talked about life, hospitality and he even gave me excellent marriage advice. Just a great experience connecting with this wise and generous soul. Their food is outstanding too! You can taste the love YiaYia cooks with. If I am ever back anywhere within 100 miles, I will definitely visit here again.

Seriously good food, run by a Greek family. All food is homemade. Even the Greek salad dressing is homemade. A must go to place if you are in the area!

Ate lunch here this weekend and was thoroughly impressed! The Fried Calamari appetizer was exceptional – we were thinking we would just get this as a meal next time. The Moussaka was just as good as when my YiaYia made it – brought back memories! And the gyros platter was the best! Friendly and welcoming staff, quick service, and nice inside decorum. Highly recommended! Will eat there again soon!

The food appears to be close to what we had on the Greek mainland for the most part. The interior is nicely appointed with photos of the Greek islands. The tables and chairs are dated and needs some repair. The staff are friendly. The place was busy. A side effect being busy was that the service was slow and disjointed.

First time at YiaYia’s for lunch and it was great. The restaurant had a sweet and homey atmosphere. I was greeted by the owners from the kitchen which I absolutely loved. I will definitely patronize this business again. The amount of food I received was very reasonable for what I paid as well.
