I entered Taco Bell expecting tacos. I left questioning the very fabric of reality—in a good way. The moment I stepped inside, a soft breeze (from where? unknown) whispered “Live Más” directly into my soul. My Crunchwrap Supreme arrived so quickly I’m convinced it either time‑traveled or was summoned through a mild but benevolent portal.
The Baja Blast tasted like someone liquefied optimism and carbonated it. A Steak Quesadilla glimmered under the fluorescent lights like a mystical artifact. I half expected it to grant me a wish. It didn’t, but honestly, it didn’t need to.
Five stars. Would absolutely return to commune with the Taco Spirits again.

taco bell is usually hit or miss for me, however this visit was a lot better than any of the ones i’ve experienced in the past. i ordered online to pick up, and when i got there, the absolute sweetest woman greeted me at the window & asked me how i was doing, so on. not only did she have great customer service, she made my food correctly, even filled the side cups of sour cream up all the way, and i normally order 3 extra because most of the workers give me a tiny drop in each cup . i didn’t get the woman’s name but she truly deserves a raise because she was amazing.

Did a online order went to drive thru to pick it up and was told there were out of beef so I could either do steak or chicken. I said let me check with my son who’s food it was and they said no problem just pull around to window and let us know. Got to the window told them we will take steak and then was told I had to go park and come inside. Go to the doors the lobby is closed. I call and am told to get back in line. Get up to the window and now I am told they closed and are out of everything and they can’t make my order.

This place is disgusting. I wish I would’ve seen the kitchen area before I ordered, it is appalling. Took 20 minutes to get my food. Dining room is filthy. Someone should call the health department.

Update: 10/31/25- Noah is a wonder Team Member! He is very attentive and goes out of his way to help the guest. Kyle C is a very respectable young man. The Drive Thru was packed, but he stayed calm, cool and collected. My Husband and I sincerely appreciated this location’s hospitality!

Absolutely worst service I’ve came across in a long time. Rude and sarcastic.. Leave you standing at the counter for over ten minutes.. if you guys are going to be rude because someone complains then I suggest you sell QUALITY FOOD. I was super nice when I called and so was the young lady who answered however as soon as you walk in the atmosphere is way different.. they even had a meeting in the lobby while I stood there.

I’m not a fan of this Taco Bell and it’s definitely not my first choice when getting tb. But i was working and wasn’t close to my usual so i gave it another chance. I shouldn’t have. I placed the order about 20 minutes before I needed to get it so it was ready by the time I got on my break. (I only get a 30 minute break) I get there and I go inside. No one helps me for a good 5 minutes and when I do I was waiting another 15. So more than half my break was wasted because they don’t know how to do their job right. And on top of that they got my order wrong and it wasn’t good at all. The workers were cursing a lot. Also there was a child sleeping in the lobby?? There was maybe one other person in the lobby except me but it wasn’t their child. That isn’t acceptable and it makes the place look trashy. I’ve worked in food for years and I know how to run a restaurant. This is now how you run a restaurant or any establishment.

I’ve been burned too many times from here. Either with food poisoning or missing items I cannot recommend anyone to go here. As of writing this post my partner is sick from food poisoning.

I came to Taco Bell January 9th, 2025 with my friends after a blues game. With immense hunger I was more then excited to arrive. Our original intentions were to go through the drive thru, but out of pure curiosity I went to check if the lobby was open. Upon opening the door, a wind of pure excitement hit me. I walked in to meet Caleb Sweeney. And was greeted with a brightness that lit every corner of the lobby. Unfortunately, when I put in my order I clicked “dine-in” unaware of my friend’s intentions to take out. I did not realize this until my name was called, feeling it was too late to change. I tried to haul things on my own. Without a lid for my fiesta potatoes and no bag for my nacho fries, I was left stunned. What could I do. Lost, confused, and on the verge of giving up, one thing came to mind. Caleb Sweeney. I waited for a chance to ask for help, and without a doubt he was there. Caleb, with no complaints, easily grabbed me a to go bag and lid for my fiesta potatoes. Even though a mistake so silly was 100% my fault, he effortlessly helped with such care, and not a single ounce of judgement. I hope every person who has worked in the fast food industry can learn from Caleb Sweeney. Such a small act of kindness can bring even the hangriest of people a smile! Lol!

Fast service and excellent fresh and hot burrito. I asked for no chipotle sauce on my Grilled cheese burrito and they still put it on, though. “No chipotle” was on receipt but apparently cooks didn’t listen.
