Food is great, service great, atmosphere great. There are reasons why some restaurants are full while others not so much. Even though they were packed, the food was prompt with no problems. Coffee kept coming, always hot. My cousin will be here tomorrow. This place is on my agenda.

In so honesty I was disappointed. Husband and I decided to go to our favorite spot for breakfast. We haven’t been here in almost 5 months. Let me tell you how bad this place is getting. If tripping over this for isn’t annoying enough, we were at at a table that wasn’t cleaned off. Tip and everything still there. One of the ladies I always thought was the owner always gives off this bad vibe. I get it their busy. This place use to be amazing. I sent back 2 coffee cups and plates because there was left over lipstick and grease on them. I decided to no longer have any. Our silverware was not any better so I decided to ask for plastic. I drink lots of water but not after this. Over all experience was the absolute worst. We were so ready to walk out and cancel our order but didn’t want to do that. Will we be going back? Probably not… Will I still recommend to my family? Not any more. I attached photos so whom ever is considering can judge on their own.

I had not been here in a while & was worried about whether it had changed or not. The good news is that the food is just as delicious! I ordered the North Riverside Sandwich & it’s still my favorite! The lemon chicken rice soup is still delicious!

We were seated upon arrival. It was at 1pm. There were empty tables, lots of them. We were seates on table #30, and our waitress Evelyn came in. Our food arrived in no time. After that, Evelyn never stopped again. We wanted another cup of coffee and she was no were to be seen. We were ready to leave, I needed a container, so I grabbed one as they were next to me. We waited about 5 more minutes and then she gave us the check. Food is good – service is bad.

They definitely have a quick turnaround for wait times which i can appreciate. Took a while to get the waitress to get our drinks and our order but service was overall good. The food was good but came out warm at best. My chicken fried steak seemed to have been refried and now cold. I would not suggest ordering it but to each their own. Staff is polite and do their best with all the chaos happening.

This family restaurant is ran well. Once you walk in you’ll notice its Super clean & Very stylish decoration inside. The food was the best ever. Amazing breakfast & lunch options. Great service. This was my first time coming here & I’m definitely coming back plus telling my family & friends how good of an experience it was. Highly recommend

Dined in with some friends the other day, and our meals were just fine. But as we left the restaurant, our waitress walked outside to yell at us for not leaving her a tip. We simply forgot and didn’t mean to upset her, but her approach to let us know was not civil, yet one of my friends and I still went back inside to leave said waitress a tip. I understand some workers rely on tips for their income, but it was an honest mistake; I wish she didn’t rudely scorn us.

Went when they were busy, but still got food in around 10minutes. Fantastic prices, especially for the serving sizes. Very nice staff. Waitress was very sweet. Incredibly tasty gluten free pancakes. Highly recommend and I will be going again.
