It felt dead in there when I visited. Not to mention, I filled out the review and I’m disappointed at the service, food, and preparation. I thought my eggs would have the cheese inside not on top it shows laziness. Not to mention there were two hairs in the eggs so unsanitary and highly recommended to have better hair nets. In addition, the hams were small and even though I asked for extra crispy hashbrowns that doesn’t mean burnt. Also, I don’t want to hear “please go to the link and fill out the form” that won’t resolve the issue. The place needs better customer service and management. Clearly the reviews have showed that there was no improvement. And to have $17 for small ham sizes and careless cooking is outrageous. I even got this as an To-Go order, even though I didn’t sit the food was barely good. Overall, I don’t write much bad reviews but even when it’s 3:50 in the morning you don’t get to slack.

Had a good experience at IHOP. The food was tasty and fresh. The omelette, chocolate pancakes were delicious, and the hashbrowns were nice and crispy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, a nice and satisfying meal. Would visit again!

My family and I visited IHOP for brunch on Easter Sunday (around 1:15 PM). Although we were informed of a 20-minute wait time, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated in about 10 minutes. However, we were placed at the very back of the restaurant near the area where booster seats and cleaning supplies were stored, which didn’t feel very welcoming.
Our server seemed a bit disengaged and appeared tired or uninterested, which affected the overall service experience. It took about 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and by then we were quite hungry. We had specifically requested not to have French toast on the side, but it was still served and included on the bill. Fortunately, we were able to have it removed without issue.
In terms of the food, the quality didn’t quite match what we’ve come to expect from IHOP. The starter platter was over-fried, nearly burnt. Pancakes lacked their usual fluffiness, and the French toast didn’t meet expectations either. The egg scramble was okay but rather bland. On the positive side, the hash browns were good, and our child enjoyed the burger.
One thing we feel needs immediate attention is the cleanliness of the restrooms, which were unfortunately dirty and had a strong odor.
We understand holiday weekends can be overwhelming, but we hope our feedback is helpful. With a little more focus on food quality, cleanliness, and warm, attentive service, the experience could be much more enjoyable.

The service was fairly good and the food tasted alright but that’s about the only positive things I can say. The pancakes were TINY, the toast was barely toasted and didn’t even come out buttered. Our booth had a huge hole in the seat. It definitely didn’t seem worth the amount of money spent.

This IHOP was a complete disaster. My wife, kids, and I came in for National Pancake Day, expecting a simple free stack. Instead, we were trapped for 90 minutes in a pit of mismanagement. Upon arrival, we were told it’d be a 25-30 minute wait—even though the dining room was a ghost town, with only one party ahead of us. My son timed his reading: 52 minutes of waiting, while we sat. And when a party that arrived 20 minutes after us was called first, I went up to ask why—only to find our name mysteriously crossed off the list. The hostess barely called names at a whisper, looking out at the other party like a secretive séance, and then we were just forgotten. After being seated, we waited another 20 minutes—no water, no service—just neglect. Even the table next to us, seated 20 minutes before, still didn’t get so much as a drink. And it wasn’t just the wait—this entire restaurant was a health hazard. The bathroom was filthy, water everywhere, and a closet door hanging dangerously by one hinge. There was only one waitress for the entire restaurant, barely surfacing from the kitchen every 10-15 minutes. After two hours of sheer neglect, we left, starving, frustrated, and appalled. This was not just a bad IHOP visit—this was a cautionary disaster in how not to run a business. Never again.

My daughters burger was burnt and grainy BUT the rest of our food was delicious. My 5 stars comes from having Lamont take care of us. He was FANTASTIC!! The service industry needs to copy and paste him across all places that have servers. Maybe teach his own classes on customer service in the industry. He was very personable and so helpful. He made our little outting feel like we were royalty at a pancake joint, my daughters loved it and my mom talked about him all the way home. Thank you, Lamont, for making our day ❤️

We had a very bad experience. We had to wait 30 mins just for someone to take the order and wait another 45 mins to get the food.
After long wait we got very very aweful food. We ordered chicken fajita omelette and the veggies are completely burnt. Omelette is also overcooked and doesn’t have any cheese in it. I told the waiter and she said that is how the omelette is.
It was a very bad experience altogether for us.

This IHOP is our go-to when in West Chester. The atmosphere is relaxing and the service is great. It’s a great place to unwind after a busy day and also a nice eatery for loved ones with family members in the nearby hospital.

The food was good. My sausage and French toast were cold, but the bacon eggs and pancakes were hot. The service made up for everything that was bad with the food.

The worst IHOP I’ve ever been to was told there’d would be a long wait due to having no kitchen staff, that’s cool we waited with no complaints the food comes out it’s cold and half the food looks uncooked the pancakes so cold the butter won’t melt. The only thing that was good was the drinks
