My family and I order Chinese food 1 time a week. First time ordering from here and food was so disappointing. Dry, incredibly stale and definitely not even close to fresh. Owner was so rude! Will never order again, neither will any of our friends or family.

Terrible! I placed an order for $50 worth of food. Spare ribs were incredibly dry and overcooked. Half chicken was not fresh, tasted old so dry and overcooked, as if it had been re-fried when we ordered it, very dark and dry. Wonton soup had no flavor. Fried rice was white in color which means it was lacking sauce, flavor. Dumplings were very doughy. Even the crispy noodles they throw in the bag were so stale and inedible.

received a delivery tonight, food was so stale and dry. No flavor. I called to let them know but owner was so rude and told me to bring the food back for a refund. Not worth the money or the terrible customer service. Plenty of other great Chinese food places in Ossining. Shame they couldn’t just make it right!

PLEASE READ (if you are considering ordering from here!!!!!) If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I recently purchased a large order totaling about $115 at this establishment. When my order was picked up it was in a box (which I was fine with being that it was a lot of food), upon getting home I noticed an order was missing so I did what anyone would do and called the establishment. During my call I spoke with the daughter or mother, I told her an order was missing but it was paid for she then told me verbatim “yes the order was paid for but we didn’t write it down”, so I then asked if they could deliver it & she acted as if she didn’t want to accommodate for their mistake… so I just decided to pick it up. I then asked her if I can change it to something else she told me yes & that it was the same price so I wouldn’t need to pay any difference. My boyfriend went to pick it up & she tried to tell him he has to pay for the order. He then called me and I explained to him everything she said to me, she then said she would give us back $13 for the difference of the missing order. She then printed the receipt and realized they charged us more than what we received because an order was missing. The mother then preceded to tell my boyfriend that we actually need to pay $123 instead of the $113. So now she is trying to charge us more for her mistake. I said to my boyfriend just to get the money back and forget the order. As he tried to the mother ignored him after asking for our money back several times. She then took her daughter and herself and walked in the back. They ended up taking extra money from us instead of owning up to their mistake and just making a simple fix. The mother was beyond rude, unprofessional and very dismissive. I would never order from here again. And to top it off the food we did receive was dry, our egg rolls were dark brown on the inside as if they were old. I’m very disgusted in this establishment and their morals.

If your looking for good Chinese food in the area, this is not the place for you. The fried rice is very bland (nearly no meat or vegetables). We’re local and live close by, we’ve ordered a few times and haven’t had the best experience but it’s close. Most recently we ordered and it was incorrect. Rather than offer to deliver the right order or refund the error, they had us go back to the restaurant to prove to them that the order was an error. And not much of an apology was given.

My family and I ordered from this amazing restaurant and when I tell you, their food is the best. Their egg rolls, chefs kiss. Their general tso’s chicken is so amazing, I could eat it all day. Totally recommend eating from here! (Ps: I’m getting the food from here for dinner again today)
