Excellent takeout! My family now only buy Chinese food here because food is delicious, prices are good and portions are large unlike other places that have small portions. We used to not buy a lot of takeout because it’s cheaper to cook but this place is so great and affordable that we actually buy from them a lot more often than we normally would. Also local delivery is quick (directly from the restaurant) and they are very nice!

So first time eating here and let me just start by saying wow! I love to cook ive very versed in making any kinda food 10+ years in a kitchen so lets get to the point.
I got 2 real simple dishes or what id like to consider simple, but with simple comes simple mistakes, I got the fried dumplings and the spicy wonton and the wrappers were amazing on them think still had a good chew and bit the filling was good on both. I cant wait to try other dishes. Hopefully the quality continues.
So I rated the atmosphere 3 just due to the blandness of the facility not dirty just bland. Nothing wrong with it just not done up. Service was ok I ordered pick up very minimal interaction

Solid and reputable Chinese restaurant. My personal favorite in the area. The portions are good and the cooking is better than most cookie cutter takeout places.

Been going here since the start of the pandemic and their food has always done me right.

I think their portion size lends itself to needing additional rice or noodles ordered on the side (bigger portions = need more rice). What can I say I’m very basic American born Chinese and I don’t want to get caught short of steamed rice.

Try the eggplant with chicken entree.

Ordered takeout for the first time and it was a complete waste of money. The food ( pork lo mein, dumplings and wonton soup ) has ZERO taste. First wonton had a bone in it. People rating this food 3/4 stars have clearly never had food from Magic Wok.

Very good food. The wontons and egg rolls have thinner wraps than most other takeout
places, which I liked. Filling to both tasted great.
The egg drop wonton soup was a little watery than I’m used to but it had alot of flavor, I think I prefer it without all the thickeners that other places use.
Chicken lo mein had big chunks of tender chicken, fried rice had carrots and peas.
Chicken wings were crispy delicious. The shrimp in the General tso shrimp are jumbo and fresh.
Handicap parking and entrance. Social distancing is observed.
Definitely recommend this establishment.

First time customers and unfortunately, last time as well. We ordered in store for take out. The initial bad smell of the place should have been our first red flag.
We ordered steamed dumplings, 2 egg rolls, coconut chicken, a side of fried rice and pad Thai chicken. Our total order was $39.00, seemed like alot for what we got.
Egg rolls were bland in flavor. Dipping sauce for dumplings, which is usually my favorite, did not taste like the usual ginger-soy sauce and was also a small amount.
Coconut chicken was mostly breading and bland in flavor. I had asked them to hold the heat, ‘slightly” on the pad Thai chicken but unfortunately there was NO heat and NO flavor. It was advertised to have snow peas, there was not a whole snow pea throughout the dish when you put all the little slivers together.
I was looking forward to leftovers for lunch tomorrow but will now be making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches since the leftovers are now in the trash.
$39 ended up being an extreme amount for this meal considering the poor quality.

Second visit here, we had planned a large takeout order to be picked up at a specific time. Upon arriving, our order was ready on time as promised, packed and all ready to take out. Very reasonable pricing, and our dinner was excellent. Thank you, i will order again in the future.

We Ordered General Tso’s chicken, sweet and sour chicken and fried dumplings. This rates as one of the worst Chinese food we’ve had. Both chicken dishes tasted as though they had been frozen for quite some time. The pork fried rice was tasteless and overcooked, it seems to be lacking eggs as well.
Needless to say, we will not be ordering from here again.

So… this used to be my go to for Chinese. The food used to be good. But I’ve noticed over the last few times, the quality hasn’t been there. Their General Tso’s ordered extra spicy was once to die for. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because for years, their food was excellent. I was a loyal customer since moving here 16 years ago. I have to move on. This last batch of the General was by far worst I’ve ever had. I again ordered it extra spicy, but it was dry, overcooked, and tasteless. Be better.

4 stars for food BUT 1 STAR for tipping scam. I had planned to order online from their own website originally. I put the order in the cart, but decided I would call my order in since I wanted to pay cash. Noting the price ( with the convenience fee of $1 and tip of 15% added before I even add it). When I arrived he told me the same total that was online, not asking if I wanted to add tip or mentioning tipped was added. I paid the price but asked for printed copy of my receipt which he declined to give me. Instead he gave me a credit card receipt. I had planned to add tip, but knowing it was already added, I would have doubled tipped. Check for yourself on your next order.
