High prices, small portions, low value. Refuse to pay almost $20 for 10 wings. (Celery and blue cheese dressing is extra). Offer build your own burgers, but all toppings besides lettuce is extra, even onion. That’s not a build your own burger, that’s selling plain burgers and charging to get standard toppings.

I have not patronized this place in years and won’t be returning. I walked in, and the young ladies weren’t very welcoming. They looked me straight in the face and walked past me several times. Acknowledging a customer makes a difference. I stood at the counter for a while before anyone said anything. I was looking at the menu for catering for a bit, waiting for someone to greet me or give me the right menu. Finally, the mid-age waitress stopped what she was doing, handed me a menu, and said hello. I ordered, and the waitress placed the receipt on the counter. That threw her tip out the window. I usually tip well when the service is good, even if the person is taking my order and handing it to me. I try to leave a tip because I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Not this time; I paid and left. Now let’s get to the food quality. I ordered strips tossed in Kansas City (BBQ) sauce. The strips were bland and lacked seasoning. It tasted like they covered the strips in flour and then threw it in the sauce. I am serious; no seasoning was added to the chicken or the batter. The beans tasted like Popeyes beans but with too much water added. The whole experience was not for me.

I was greeted as I walked in. Felt very welcomed. Sat at the bar. My server Deidre was very nice and attentive I got an order of Onion Rings that were very crispy and seasoned perfectly. I also got a Hamburger with French Fries. The burger was very good and a good size as well and the fries were hot and crispy. To top it off I had Michelob draft beer that was very cold and very good. Overall I give WOW my highest recommendation!!

Sometimes, they hang up when “trying” to place a take-out order call on hold. Just have to call back. Maybe call waiting doesn’t work.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Waited over an hour for food then it came out wrong. The service is really slow wasn’t really bad and wasn’t packed. Hopefully they’ll get better in the future for other but I won’t be back.
