We love it here the food was amazing, the service was decent and the experience great. We ate like royalty. I enjoyed everything we had here. Everything was well-plated and of quality. The chef apparently likes arugula, good thing we do too. I think every meal we ate has at least some in it. The wait staff were friendly and helpful. Would love to eat here again someday.

Lovely delicate scrumptious crab cake. Thick lumps of crab served over farro risotto and perfect greens that have a hint of sweetness. Also a perfect small fried green tomato on top is righteous and splendid. The flavors marry and compliment. However the pecan pie was horrible.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Woodlands Grill at Barnsley Resort and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere, which perfectly complemented the delicious food and exceptional service.

Had a lovely dining experience for our anniversary. We celebrated at the resort and reserved a table to enjoy dinner at the Woodlands. We had fantastic service from Reeves who was very thorough and friendly. He did very well walking us through the menu and making us feel special on our night.

We had dinner here for our anniversary and were delighted to be seated by the windows, which lent gorgeous views of the golf course greens. For our appetizer, we ordered the spinach artichoke dip, which had a crumb crust that gave way to the most bewitching layer of bubbly layer underneath. It arrived piping hot with a generous plate of crostini, and by the time we were done, we barely had enough stomach space for the entrees to come.

Excellent drinks! The bartender Amber was quick and precise. The food, especially for the price, wasn’t fantastic. Solidly okay flavor and execution-wise but in my opinion the $22 burger and fries left something to be desired. It was lukewarm, and of average size. I wouldn’t exactly say it was char broiled (wasn’t crispy and didn’t have that flame flavor). I also ordered an egg in the burger and the kitchen forgot it. Amber made up for that though by giving us a free beer. Overall, I would have paid $12 for the burger. The truffle fries could have been crispier and had more truffle oil.

Always such a beautiful place, with friendly and professional service. The food, however, was bland and did not meet expectations, unfortunately. The kitchen could be a little more creative in their dishes. The pecan pie we had for dessert was wonderful.

Beautiful hidden gem in the sticks of Georgia! The grille offers superior service and elegant meals. We stumbled upon this off the beaten path destination in search of food, but we will return for a round of golf, spa treatment and evening of relaxation in one of the amazing cabins! Can hardly wait!

Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Very clean and organized. Loved the waitress Amber. Food was pretty good. Arugula salad, scallop Alfredo, and deconstructed red velvet cake for dessert for my birthday.
