I have never been so upset in my life. I ordered online to pick up, they said it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I got there about 15 minutes later and they had no idea I even placed an order, despite the order screen stating my order was ready. They made me wait an additional 10 minutes to make the food. When I finally went home with the food it was the most DISGUSTING thing I’ve ever seen. The sauce was leaking out of the pizza, there was a pool of oil on top of the pizza, there was oil leaking out from the bottom of the box, the toppings were put on haphazardly, and the pizza was not cooked properly. The crust was still doughy, the cheese was congealed on top, the pepperoni wasn’t cooked all the way through, the sauce hadn’t set at all, and the pizza was ice cold despite the box being warm. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any food establishment. I tried contacting customer service and answered all their questions, I even provided pictures. They said “sorry” and told me they would contact me for further assistance, they never contacted me and I just wasted my money. The food was so inedible I had to throw the whole thing out. I don’t think I’ll ever want pizza from Pizza Hut again.

Terrible customer service. Please do not order from them. Like most reviews mentioned, they completely mess up your order when calling for a delivery & do nothing to fix their mistake.

Im not sure how good you can see it in the picture but this quality of pizza was disturbing their was barely sauce or cheese the parts that make a great pizza and why is this a thin crust if I ordered hand tossed horrible my poor son was so hungry he ate a few slices but this is unacceptable for $30 what am I paying for it was so dry im so disappointed

Passing through and felt like pizza for lunch. The cashier was very nice and helpful. Our pizza was ready pretty quickly and it was good. Maybe not the best Pizza Hut pizza we’ve ever had, but no negative complaints either.

Sanitation and Hygiene Issues!!

The employees move between the cash register and food preparation without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Employees handling cash really shouldn’t be touching food. If they need to go back and forth, there should be a handwashing sink. Also, employees shouldn’t have uncovered hair and beards in the kitchen. Yuck.

The counter employee was also not wearing a mask, despite it being required currently.

I ordered my food online via the iPhone app for delivery. The food was overcooked, one of the pizzas was missing toppings, and the drink ordered (Dr Pepper) was replaced with something else. I have pictures of the pizza. It looks overcooked! I contacted the store Saturday morning at noon and the manager said only the evening manager can remedy the order. I gave them my number and they said they would call me back. No call received that day. On Sunday noon I called again, that manager said the evening manager from yesterday was not in on Saturday and will follow up with me later that Sunday. Still no call. I called back Sunday evening at 10pm. The gentleman said that the manager, Isa, was on break. He said the cook claimed the pizza was fine. However, again, I have pictures that shows otherwise. I’m tired of being lied to and given the run around. I have lost all trust in Pizza Hut. Lies and deflection of responsibility.

Terrible customer service. The cashier only rang me up for a Pepsi and not the pizza that I ordered via the app and chose to pay at the store, i didn’t pay too much attention while paying and left without a receipt, when they called me to inform me that he didn’t charge me for the pizza and to come back and pay. I went back to pay within a few minutes. And after paying with Apple Pay. The guy gave me a thumbs up signaling that it’s done, so I left. Few hours later the manager Joanna calls me accusing me of not paying for the pizza and threatening to report me, instead of asking her employee and holding him accountable for not doing his job right of collecting payment before handing over the pizza, she repeatedly threatened me and talked very very rudely. This is unacceptable behavior. Train your managers and employees better.

Such an irresponsible guy at the cashier. I waited for my order for hour for no reason. He had the order in the warmer and thought Its not ready and I waited for a hour. There were more than 6 other customers waiting. And he was wearing AirPods, not answering customer questions.

KEEP THE RECEIPT BEFORE FINISH THE FOOD!

I got pizza from the work which my boss ordered for me. I enjoyed with my family. Then I found a man’s hair from pizza. I felt really sick and disgust so I gave a call and they want me to bring the receipt which I don’t have it because I got it from office.

I wan’t looking for extra pizza or money back, I just wanted them to say sorry or they will educate employees so that it won’t happen again.
People are having difficult times with this COVID-19 and people are thinking serious about it but I was really surprised that employees are not responsible.
