I ordered my food online via the iPhone app for delivery. The food was overcooked, one of the pizzas was missing toppings, and the drink ordered (Dr Pepper) was replaced with something else. I have pictures of the pizza. It looks overcooked! I contacted the store Saturday morning at noon and the manager said only the evening manager can remedy the order. I gave them my number and they said they would call me back. No call received that day. On Sunday noon I called again, that manager said the evening manager from yesterday was not in on Saturday and will follow up with me later that Sunday. Still no call. I called back Sunday evening at 10pm. The gentleman said that the manager, Isa, was on break. He said the cook claimed the pizza was fine. However, again, I have pictures that shows otherwise. I’m tired of being lied to and given the run around. I have lost all trust in Pizza Hut. Lies and deflection of responsibility.

Cashier at this particular Pizza Hut (7957 Golf Rd, Morton Grove IL.) was an absolute nightmare. He was so occupied that he didn’t even had a minute to answer any questions or concerns. On Dec 15, 2022, I had place two orders online at this particular location. One for Medium Pizza and second one for breadsticks. My dad went inside with the debit card to pay for both orders. He paid from his card for pizza and paid cash for the breadsticks. When my dad returned with orders, I was confused as to why he did two different transactions when everything was suppose to be charged on the debit card. I went back inside and was trying to get attention of the cashier to resolve the issue. This particular employee was so flustered and was ready to deny anything we are about to ask him. I understand, since my dad already paid for the stuff, the transaction could not be reversed but this employee literally didn’t even had a min. to even have a conversation about the issue. He was so busy running around to finish his other orders. This is the main location we usually order our pizzas from, this employee is def. making me reconsider other options. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Ordered Detroit style pizza from store located on 7957 Golf rd, Morton Grove on 11/11/22, the pizza was horrible, I paid extra to get more topping, it hardly have any topping to be noticed, basically sauce and cheese, the pizza had not taste. I hope the management take in their consideration that when the customer order pizza and they are paying for it, they need to enjoy it and feel they got what they paid for it, not to feel they were scammed.

We called in our order. The guy on the phone had us on the phone for 13 minutes taking our order (not on hold just taking an order for 2 pan pizzas and 2 orders of bread sticks). They confirmed this order over and over and over and over again which is why it took 13 minutes.
