Wings were small overcooked and extremely dried out almost like the were leftovers from earlier in the week and just deep fried again ….fry’s was a little soggy. The guy serving us was very short and the girl in the picture was on her break watching videos on her phone and it was blaring trying to compete with the music.And the entire time we were there not a single table was wiped down…….we won’t be back

Have always enjoyed Wingstop, but this location has gone downhill quickly! We ordered a bunch of PLAIN wings so we could dip them in whatever sauce we each liked. We had to repeat the order because they kept trying to change our order to “mild” buffalo wings with fries. In the end, we thought the order was right, but when we got it (after a LONG wait), the fries were overcooked (starting to burn) and had hardly any seasoning and the wings were ALL buffalo flavored wings, which we all hate. Instead of wasting more time trying to explain the order when the employees didn’t speak hardly any English and clearly couldn’t understand what we were ordering, we left with “food” in hand. Very disappointed!

Awful place to go. I order crew pack with bone. They gave me boneless . I repeated myself 5 times and I got boneless chicken wings . They don’t give you what you order . The fries are soggy and nasty. Bad place to go . First time I that location and never going there again.

Food is ok (no one should expect amazing wings from a fast food restaurant) and wings are dry even after bathing in hot oil but that’s a problem with all frozen chicken. We still came here because we didn’t have time to cook and it was not our first time here and not our first time observing problems with this location. First of all, I was in front of the register for 10 minutes until someone asked if I needed help then it took half an hour to receive my order, not because they were slacking inside (everybody seemed to work pretty hard inside) but they seemed understaffed. This is an unfortunate sign of a greedy owner and it wouldn’t be hard to guess that they have high turnover rate as people do not tend to keep working at understaffed businesses. I’m pretty sure I could go to the store buy some wings with the fraction of what I paid and cook them faster at home in air fryer. I’d have my wings healthier, cheaper and faster. If I was the owner of this place I’d seriously start thinking areas of improvement because as a customer I do not see any advantage of getting wings from this location.

Disgusting! Was given a missing portion of my order (after having to go 2x) that I was made aware was given to the wrong people and returned. I was promised a new fresh order immediately. Got a new order in 2 minutes flat, which was a bit odd as it seemed too quick. I got home and started eating only to find a wing that was bit into and a lump of spit out chewed meat. Its obvious the order that was given to the wrong individuals was returned and given to me instead of actually giving me fresh, uncontaminated/untouched food. This is a huge cause for concern regarding cross contamination. I am DISGUSTED

I’m giving 2 stars because the food was okay. As I walk in, I noticed a staff member laying down on the bench to my immediate right when you enter (the bench that people sit on when waiting for their order), and was talking to the cashier very loudly. I couldn’t hear the cashier too well when they took my order because their music in the back was too loud. I get that it’s slow but a certain amount of professionalism is still expected.

I Went to this location 10/5/21 when I walked in around 10:30pm I seen a group of girls in the kitchen with no hair nets, gloves. One was leaning on the counter I put an order in I got there it wasn’t ready. After it was done one of the girls had seasoning on their hands and dusted the seasoning with her bare hands into my basket of chicken. I immediately told her do not do that due to the pandemic and the passing on germs. I will definitely get the health department involved at this place.

I came here for wings but the service was kind of bad. The girl at the register was giving dry attitude and seering at my girlfriend and I. We told our order and she spoke quiet so we couldn’t hear her. She took our order wrong and we got the wrong quantity of wings. Very upsetting I never told her anything in person to cause a problem but I was very kind so I don’t know why she gave us a lot of attitude. Very discouraging.
