Stopped in and had the pulled pork sandwich and a side of collards. Five stars for taste, three stars for the smaller portion and price of 12 bucks.

First time back since the ownership change. Brisket and sausage were done well, both juicy and tender. Cole slaw had too much mustard for my taste, but the beans and cornbread were great. Service was excellent. I’ll go back…

Had the 2-meat plate, with turkey and pulled pork. Both were excellent. Had the potato salad, collards, and Cole slaw. The collards were great, potato salad was very good, but I didn’t care for the vinegary slaw. Too vinegary for me. The cornbread was fair. Too dry. My order was to-go and the cashier and person who brought me the food were both friendly and efficient. I’ll go there again.

This is probably the worst service you could have. Waiter 1 recommended the steak and cheese and no BBQ. Bartender gives attitude about how crazy of a question it is to ask for recommendations on the menu. The sweet tea has no sugar in it. The brisket is super tough and overly thick. Oh, and the brisket sandwich has no BBQ sauce on it so don’t forget to leave without any sauce. All for the price of $15 (ripoff). No thanks, I’ll go to Famous Dave’s or Mission BBQ. Never again.

Not busy at 6 pm on a Saturday (why?). More people in the bar than at the tables. Folks in the bar were very loud and had clearly been there awhile.
Side salad was made with iceberg lettuce. Very unenthusiastic server (although sufficiently attentive). Food was fine although a little pricy ($8 for 7 boneless wings) and wine selection ($4 Fish Eye and $8 Cupcake) is lacking. Pulled pork was good. Very different feel from Urban BBQ.

Literally the worst bbq I’ve ever had. Brisket was tough and served cold. Pulled pork was also cold. Cornbread had the texture of an old tire, I wish it had tasted as good. Service was slow despite nobody being in the restaurant. Lucky them, I wish I had never eaten here. Eating here was like going to see Snakes on A Plane in the movie theatre, so bad we were laughing the whole meal. 0/10 – avoid like the plague.

Order the pulled chicken and it 2 hairs in it. I was the only one on the restaurant and no manager ever came over to talk to me. It was taken off my bill but no one said sorry. My kids got the brisket tacos but the brisket was very chewy and they had a hard time eating it. I will not be going back.

Very, very disappointed in the food. We got the ribs and pulled pork plate. Ribs were tough and dry, not a lot of flavor, definitely not fall off the bone, hard to chew. Pork was a bit better but still dry. Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes were good.

I’m looking forward to trying again when things open up a bit more. Because of covid restrictions they’ve got a limited menu. The pulled pork sandwich was good but the pork was so smokey it seemed they may have added some. The mac n cheese lacked any real character. The tater tots were fantastic, right amount of crispy, cooked inside but not mush, and the fry oil tasted fresh.

Checked out this unfussy place on a whim during lunchtime. The brisket sandwich is one of the best I’ve ever had. Flavorful, tender brisket with a rich smoke flavor. Carolina bbq sauce at every table. Collard greens are a must. Beats the hell of of chain bbq places. Staff was attentive and friendly. Didn’t wait long for anything. Vibe inside is street art meets farm industrial. Fun place! Definitely coming back for one of their weeknight specials.
