Very very very bad customer service from all of them here! especially the short girl with green hair and the other chunky girl with the half blonde hair they didn’t even recognize or asked us for our order when we got there they waited 10 min to get our order they need new staff asap! They all have attitude!

I recently visited this location and had an exceptional service with an employee named Brittney. I had a large order with several alterations. In the past my experience has been met with rudeness, but Brittney was the exact opposite. She was incredibly understanding and made me feel comfortable. I’ve been to this place many times, the only reason is because I love Wingstop. But honestly, I’m fed up by all the times I’ve been treated poorly by all staff including manager. They never greet, take around 10 mins to take order, around 30 mins to get order out, costumers must ask for their order even though they have it ready, staff messing around and laughing about costumers, staff declaring that there is no menu items just because they’re lazy, and many more things to complain, but I would not be able to mention all of it.
The older woman with tattoos is very rude, she kept staring at my cousin. The girl with green hair and the boy kept messing around with each other while taking our order. The blonde girl with a chubbier physique would point at us and whispering just because we ordered a second time that afternoon. The rest of the girls did as well laugh and stare. If they do not want to work and will complain about getting costumers and getting money to pay their bills, might as well close or PLEASE change staff.
Also, there’s been times where I’ve received raw chicken and of course, there is barely any sauce in our wings.
If anybody knows the phone number or email of corporate, please let me know because this place does not seem to care and I want to take a bigger action.

I walked in today with my children the to place an order. When me and five other customers where in line a worker comes to the register to tell us that they are not taking any walking orders at the moment. All the customer including myself left. I was very disappointed that a franchise would turn down clients like that. We are a small community and unfortunately this location is the only one. It would have taken less than five minutes to take my order. I was informed Manager Angel was in charged that night and really hope that corporate knows that clients are being turned down in the restaurant.

I’ve been to this Wingstop more than three times before making this review and all this franchise need to do to make this place better is to change the staff!! PLEASE CHANGE THE STAFF!!! I went like three days ago and there was what I think was soda spilled all over the rug and floor and NOT ONE employee acknowledged it, which could’ve caused anyone to slip and fall. They don’t properly cook the chicken and I’ve been trying to give them chances but it has happened every single time.
