I came here 3 times and the 3 times I’ve came, the employees have horrible customer service. Today, I came to dine in and waited for my food a good 35 min before I asked how much longer and the employee got my food off the rack and didn’t say “sorry” or anything. Clearly, this place needs better management.

They always get my order wrong. I try to be patience but it keeps happening over and over. They need a good manager that will help them organize that place so the place will run smoothly. Doesn’t have to be perfect, but good service quality. Always loved wingstop. But if this keeps happening at the delano branch. The place will not last long, I think.

Horrible place to eat, i ordered for delivery online they gave me a 2 hour wait time on my order so I canceled it. They refused to give me a refund said I had to talk to doordash when I didn’t order through doordash and then still sent me the food and purposely ruined the order, there was no seasoning on the wings, no ranch, and the cheese fries had almost no cheese on it. All because I asked for a refund they are unprofessional. The names are Vanessa and Nicholas who took the order.

Went in to have dinner with my kids, it was super hot inside! We were all sweating while we sat there waiting for over an hour for our order. I had to ask how much longer? They said 5 minutes but I believe they forgot about us. They were just doing pick up orders. Once we finally got our food, our fries were cold! I took them back and they gave us more and to our surprise they weren’t fresh just warm and super salty. The wings were good though. An apology would of been nice all they did was put a brownie in our bag. I understand they were short staffed but you need to have manners and be understanding to the customer.
