I placed an order at 11:20. I got the confirmation online in my email. 15 minutes later when my husband picked up the order they told him that they were closed and never got the order it was only 11:40. My husband showed them the confirmation. They quickly made some uncooked chicken wings and didn’t give me the 2 fries that I ordered. They stated they didn’t have fries. He asked for the money back and she said there was nothing she can do about it. I called to figure out the situation and the woman on the phone was screaming at me and laughing. I called several times and she hung up on me while I was speaking to her every time I would call. All I want is my money. The woman was so unprofessional I will never be ordering at this wing stop again!! I will be speaking to corporate about how unprofessional this place is!!

They’re either a hit or miss. My order is super simple – well done fries. I worked in fast food before and it’s not difficult to do well done fries. So to me it just seems like a complete lack of care when I’m given fries that aren’t cooked the way I ask. They’re soggy, underdone and the seasoning is just on the fries on top.

i went in and ordered a small fry after the dumb employees left and started messing around while i was ordering, then i finally ordered it and it took 20 minutes and the rude employees finally gave me my food. They even started arguing and yelling with a random customer who complained. When i asked for the bathroom password they told me to not go in cuz it was too dirty.

They’re open til midnight but once the sun goes down, so does their quality of food and service. When I walked in they said my order was almost up. Took another 15 minutes for a total of 40 minute wait. Corn so dry it was inedible. Way too much seasoning. Overcooked, dry chicken. I was mad I spent $20 on a meal that was so bad I couldn’t even finish it. And was still hungry. Go during the day and get the most delicious lemon pepper wings this side of the Mississippi.
