From the time you walk through the door until you pay at the register on the way out, you are treated like family. The engagement from staff and the friendliness was beyond expectation. The service was personable and quick. Food arrived quickly and was hot and tasty. Our beverages never emptied and even had to-go cups when we left. If you have any doubts about stopping at this Cracker Barrel, DO IT! You will not be disappointed. We will be eating here again on our frequent travels through SC. Don’t change, I thoroughly recommend this “baby” Cracker Barrel……

The food was amazing as well as the service Riley was just outstanding he made sure the food was on point and out in a timely manner he kept the the drink refills coming and one time we didn’t have to wait he was on point thank you Riley for your service you really made this experience outstanding granted the grits wasn’t done all the way but Riley service made up for it and I really didn’t care even doth he gotten something taken off my meals overall everything was awesome amazing outstanding marvelous mouth still watering ❤️❤️

My family & I came in after church on Sunday the 18th and while the wait was long the service and the food was completely worth the wait!! Jennifer was our waitress and she was so friendly and considerate always making sure our glasses stayed full. She had a great attitude and made us feel right at home! We don’t usually come to this specific location due to a bad experience from years ago but Jennifer and the quality of the food has definitely brought us back to being lifelong customers again!! Thank you Jennifer and Cracker Barrel for a wonderful Sunday dinner!! We will definitely be back and hopefully Jennifer will be our server again!!! ❤️

Food was ok, it did take a while to receive our meal, but it’s was understandable due to how busy the restaurant was. I can say that our server Jennifer, was very attentive, kept us updated on our meal, made sure we had refills, not just for our table but I notice she was going around to other tables to make sure that everyone was satisfied. To me that’s going beyond expectations. The fire place was going which made the setting even more welcoming, calming, and enjoyable. I will be coming back, hopefully next time the food is better. Besides the food everything else was great.

I went mid morning and there was no crowd, checked in and was seated promptly, I was met at the table by Taryn who was welcoming and quickly tended to my order. She was engaging and just good at her job. I had the breakfast sampler with turkey sausage which is my go to and so far I’ve not been disappointed at any cracker Barrel.

We have been to this location twice so far. Everyone was so kind and patient (we have two kids). Food was out fast, service was amazing, and the restaurant was very clean. This has become one of the top choices for family dinners. A huge shoutout to Aliyah S. at this Spartanburg location for taking to time to make use feel comfortable, communicating with our kiddos, and making sure we had everything we needed. Service like that is what keeps the industry alive!

My co worker and I wanted to step out for lunch. So we decided to go to Cracker Barrel for a decent meal, upon arriving we were seated in a timely manner however, our waitress was late getting to us. When she did come over to use she forget to ask us what we wanted to drink and eventually she remembered to ask us if we wanted water. Our waters came out slow and when we attempted to order our salads we were informed they were out of lettuce, so we had to pivot and order something different. We finally placed our order however, we waited about 30 minutes before asking how much longer on our food. The waitress informed us they were now out of broccli that my co worker ordered, and that she had no time table of when our food would come out when I asked. So, we got up and just left, we sat at that restaurant for about 45 minutes before we left without eating. The customer service at this location is horrible and I will never come back to this location at all. I have not experienced this type of poor customer service in years. I was very displeased with the waitress service and she needs to be restrained immediately on how to be more attentive to patrons and not leading people on regarding when their food is coming out. She told us multiple times our food should be coming right up then when I finally asked she replies she doesn’t have a time table on when its coming out. That is contradictory and makes no sense. If I could rate this establishment a zero I most certainly would. I feel sorry for the individuals who live near this location and have to constantly deal with this type of customer service.

One of our best Cracker Barrel experiences. Our server, David, was literally the best he could be. Extraordinarily attentive, thorough, quick and engaging. Catfish dinner was terrific as were the strawberry pancakes. Sides were great. We have this on our phones for our Southern travels as a must stop.

We had the BEST Cracker Barrel experience ever yesterday, at this location! The food was hot and very fresh! It was after 9am and there was no wait. Fireplace was nice! Our server was Kaylee R! She was very prompt and polite. We thoroughly enjoyed our Grandma’s Sampler! A+

Wonderful food and large menu selection, which also changes with the seasons . They have early bird dinner specials! This location is smaller than other CBs so it feels cozier. The fresh made biscuits with the Marrion blackberry jam are amazing. Just be sure to double check your take out order.
