The Service was good, we went in the evening and it wasn’t busy at all. There were three of us but it took a long time to get our order out and when it came you could tell my plate had been sitting on a warmer or something because the plate was very hot yet the potatoes and meat were not even barely warm. I ordered a hamburger steak and it had so much pepper on it I couldn’t eat it. I was really disappointed because when we usually go there we’ve never had any issues that bad.

The food was delicious as is expected from Cracker Barrel except that the biscuits were cold and hard. This could have been because there was only 2 hrs until close so maybe earlier in the day is best for fresh biscuits!

My family literally just left this location after attempting to have lunch. It was very quiet with most of the tables empty. We were seated and decided to leave after 10-15 minutes of the waitress chatting non-stop with the table next to us. We never got a hello or even got a drink order in. We finally lost our patience and just left. She still didn’t seem to care. We won’t be back to this location.

This is one of the slowest cracker barrels in the country that I have ever been to. They open at 7 but your food isn’t coming out until 7:25. This has nothing to do with the service. Our server was excellent, she knew the orders of the regulars by heart and was very pleasant. Ì traditionally love my cracker barrel coffee but not at this location, it was abnormally bitter first thing in the morning. And my meal was pretty much inedible. My pancakes were cold and raw, my eggs and hashbrowns were also pathetically undercooked. I was told that their cook was new and it absolutely shows. I attempted to eat the raw meal, but sadly, I only had a fork to gnaw into my ham and sausage. This was the second time this week that i was only given a fork, no spoon for the coffee and no knife for the meats. My suggestion to the kitchen is to be ready to go at 7. This location is pathetic.

We showed up with a large group of 10. We were seated quickly and Owen was our waiter. I can not commend him enough on his spectacular service. The food was also great. Thank you Owen for a great experience.

Family went in for a late lunch. Was seated fairly quickly and then proceeded to wait on our food for over an hour. The server finally came out and told us that there was an issue with the order system. Requested manager.

It took about an hour to receive our food and the order was wrong. Luckily another waitress made it right. They were out of everything I ordered and wanted so I had to choose something else. Waitress was having troubles with tables getting orders right. Expresso machine was down. Cashier/hostess was very nice and friendly.
