My coworker was talking about how much she loves the fries here and I decided to check it out. This review is based off of a take out order.
I ordered a 10 piece chicken wing all drums, spicy Korean bbq and other half Parmesan garlic. I also ordered their Lakers legendary garlic chicken sandwich.
The wings were solid, perfectly seasoned and the flavors were good. The sandwich was also good. The lunch overall was good and enjoyable. I was given lots of ranch and blue cheese which I paid for & it also made the meal great. Now the fries weren’t as good S I thought they would be but this was a to go order. It was soggy and not crispy at all, maybe it’s different in store.
I’d definitely come back here again.

Great first experience ordering online for take out! I placed my order for the Large 10 PC Wing Combo just before 5pm on a weekday. It was busy when I arrived and I thought to myself, “Oh no, I’m going to be here a while.” WRONG!
Upon entering I saw the kitchen staff quickly and efficiently cranking out the orders ahead of me. I had my take out bag in hand by 5:20pm. Five minutes later I was back at my apartment taking the food photos included in this review. After a few quick pics it was time to dig in.
FOOD JOY!!! I’m not gonna try and describe in detail the complex emotional journey I went on as I ate this quintessential American comfort food. I’ll just say that I smiled and chuckled softly to myself as I thoroughly enjoyed my delicious wings. Wingstop is my favorite chicken wing chain. Their ranch dressing recipe is at the top for me amongst national restaurant chains. (I still love you too Red Robin ranch.)
At the time of writing this review there is no indoor dining and all staff and customers are required to wear masks.

Louisiana Rub had barely any seasoning and no flavor. Maybe all spiced was rinsed off because these dry rub wings come out wet… not drenched in glaze but still wet.

On 5/26/2024 at 7PM, In clear view of staff and customers this person started giving their dog table food. I asked staff for a copy of their policy on dogs being inside the restaurant but they didn’t know if they had one or where it was if they did have one.
Is it okay now days to bring a dog to the restaurant and let it sit in a chair and feed it? Would it make a difference if I brought my Pit Bull?

Chicken under cooked sometimes ordered a head still waited in restaurant for 20 mins are order was supposed to be ready for fries then gave me barley enough fries to fill their tray.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. The soda machine has no syrup. Ask the worker to fix the syrup, he didn’t even look at it. Can’t even tell you how many filled their drinks without even tasting it, while I was waiting roughly 25 minutes for them to make my measly 10 boneless wings. Also, the fries were so dang salty, and their drink machine sucks!! Needless to say I was fuming mad about the whole ordeal. I am scratching them off my regular favorites. For $22, ridiculous!! I will be calling corporate tomorrow. They are all hanging out, on their phones, only caring about the to-go orders. Customer service is 50 shades of terrible here. Better off going to Alhambra, just saying.

The food is hot and miss. Sometimes it will be perfect and other times you’ll have half as$ed flavored wings that have cold spots. Cold fries.
The employees there are in their own world. They won’t tell you if your order is ready even if you’re sitting there and they know why you’re waiting.
A very annoying place with careless employees.
I will drive further just to deal with anyone else other than those on Lake.

My chicken was good, my Cajun corn was soggy, and tasted like old cooking oil, and the customer service there was the driest I’ve seen in any Wingstop. I won’t be going back to this one!

They’re either a hit or miss. My order is super simple – well done fries. I worked in fast food before and it’s not difficult to do well done fries. So to me it just seems like a complete lack of care when I’m given fries that aren’t cooked the way I ask. They’re soggy, underdone and the seasoning is just on the fries on top.
It’s not the first time this has happened here and I’m really annoyed w them at this point. It’s happened so many times and I haven’t made a big deal about it before, bc they’re just fries. But today, they were given to me super fast. I asked if they were even well done. The shift lead acted like she didn’t care (it’s always this specific shift lead too. The other shift leads have been fine) and she’s so quick to get people out of the way, even when there’s no one else in line. Like, girl what’s the rush for? I’m just ordering fries and they’re not even done well.
