I keep giving this place a chance but I am truly done! I will not order from here again! The last 2 times I have done the online ordering and it states that it will take 28 to 35 minutes to be ready. I get there with about 5 minutes to spare and get told every time that they are starting the order when I get there. Why did I order online then??? I always end up waiting at least 30 minutes, if not longer and tonight was no different. I understand not making the order right away because I might not get fresh food but to tell me that people don’t show up so they don’t prepare it til you get there. Fine… then I should get the next batch that comes out before everyone walking in to order. Nope, they started the wings when I got there. What?! So I end up waiting 30 minutes for the wings. I finally get my wings and check for everything before I leave because they have forgotten items in the past. Looks like everything is there. I get home to a hungry family and we open the bags….behold, no fricking ranch!!! None! I’m done!

We don’t order Wingstop very often, yet we were happy to have it come to Fountain. The last few times we have ordered things haven’t been good. We have had fries with no seasoning, chicken that has rubbery skin, little to no seasoning on the chicken as well. I would rather, spend my time and drive to Southgate location. I have never had a bad experience there.

Way too long to wait, even after the suggested time of 45+ minutes. Missing a large seasoned fries. Tried to call multiple times and no one would answer. Twice we’ve ordered, Twice we’ve gotten shafted. Not going for a 3rd.

TRASH! take the drive and go somewhere else. Listen, my family LOVES wings. In fact, when my husband and I met that’s all we ate.. now here we are almost 13yrs later with kids and they love them too. When we moved to Colorado, we gave this location a try. We ordered like $70 in wings for the family. They were literally (not kidding), almost the size of drumsticks! How?!! And they were chewy as if they were undercooked. Talk about mad and do anyone ever really take the time to drive all the way back?! No. So I put them in the oven and cooked them longer. That was in November last year and I said never again. Today we ordered again, this time boneless and spent $35 on the 2 of the wing specials they had. They were dry, hardly ANY sauce and the lemon pepper seasoning was piled up on 2 wings. The corn was stale and dry and way too much seasoning. My toddler loves corn on the cob and has never handed one back to us. She did today though! This is crazy. This location is literal trash. It’s confirmed, we ain’t spending another dollar there..what’s the saying. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, you got me (for the sake of the internet)messed up.

If I could give a 0 star I would. The worst experience I’ve ever had ! Marquis ( if that’s his real name ) was extremely rude ! As soon as I called and said my order was wrong and incomplete. He was instantly rude. He told me my only option was to place another order. When asked if I could get a refund. He said it would take 10+ business days and maybe I might get a refund. I asked him why it would take that long. He said “ I don’t know I’m not a banker “. When I asked to speak with a supervisor he puts the phone down, his manager Cindy and him were talking bad about me and were frustrated that I called about receiving the wrong incomplete order. She gets on the phone and said she’d send a message to the district manager since she can’t give me that info and said give it a week if I don’t see the refund to call her back and she will see what she can do. It’s been a week. I called and I have been waiting almost over 2 hours and nobody is answering. I will be filing a fraud claim with my bank. Go anywhere but here. You will have a better experience and better tasting food !

This was my second time at this location, and it was just as disappointing as my first visit. I decided to go inside this time to order my food.. I was told by one of the girls that she needed to wait for one of the other ladies to ring me up because she couldn’t do it. The other lady didn’t show up until maybe 5 minutes later to help me and I was the only person in the place. They didn’t seem too busy either?

My partner and I get the garlic parmesan boneless wings maybe a little too often. This location sometimes gives the wrong order so check to make sure everything is correct before you leave. Overall, they are fast and friendly. We love wing stop.

My family loves Wingstop and we eat Wingstop very often but I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from here. This location is not good. I ordered 4 combo meals and at least 1 thing for each meal was wrong. We like our wings extra crispy and they were barely passed cooked. 3/4 of the orders were completely plain, no seasoning and swimming in oil. No Cajun seasoning on an order of fries and they completely forgot all our dipping sauces including 1 we paid extra for. When we called we were offered to bring the order back (20 min drive) and wait for a new ordered to be cooked or a 10 piece boneless comp. To me that’s not even close to an equal amount of the $60 we pretty much wasted here and in the end the manager pretty much hung up on me after finally offering a full refund which I doubt we will end up seeing. So if possible definitely avoid this location until they have proper training in not only their menu but professionalism.

Gave this place a second chance and the delivered food still turned out a to be Debby downer. Fry’s were soggy and cold both times ordered. BBQ wings were drenched in sauce (overwhelming). The Louisiana dry rub was the only good item and that is why it made it to two stars.
