We stopped by for lunch on a short trip, we were the first ones there, and were offered any pizza we wanted to be made for the buffet. The salad bar was fully stocked and all the food was incredibly fresh and tasted better than average “fast food” quality.

I have eaten at the Surgoinsville Pizza Plus a lot while renting in Surgoinsville. The pizza is ok. Sometimes I order a hoagie and cheese fries. I quit ordering cheese fries because the cheese was always burnt. Tonight at 8:40 I ordered a Philly, was told 25-30 minutes. I arrived at the window at 9:10 to be told they had burned my Philly and forgot to make another one. I waited for 10 minutes. Unacceptable, then open my to go box and have $.50 of fries for $3.39, and they were cold from sitting in a box for at least 15 minutes, all of this after I had paid and left a generous tip on a to-go order. I will be driving the extra 10 minutes to Roma from now on. Absolutely unacceptable service and quality.

Ordered take out and was eager to try this stores pizza for the first time. Rylee the girl at the window was incredibly rude and gave me nothing but attitude as soon as I drove up to the window. Will be ordering from the church hill location from now on.

I use to really like this pizza plus but the last several times it’s not been that great. Tonight i ordered the same as always and my cheese sticks looked nothing like they should. It was literally bread with burnt parmesan on it. I am not happy and we will just go up the road from now own. It’s to expensive to eat out especially with this poor quality of food.

About a month ago I only ordered a Hot ham Sandwich..I ended up sending it back one time..Nothing is good anymore. Maybe I need to order in the afternoon instead of the night…

The best in the tri cities. Always loaded buffet and salad bar. Great staff who are super friendly and love to serve their customers. They seem to be the hardest working folks in the pizza plus family. If only all the other pizza plus restaurants could be like this!
