I waited 30 mins to get dry chicken with no garlic Parmesan seasoning and raw fries. If it wasn’t cold and bad road conditions I would take this mess back. I can’t even eat the food horrible. If I could give them no star I would. Won’t be going back to that location. Now I still have to cook dinner

If I could give a 0 star, I would. The last 4 times I have ordered they have given us only half our food. I spoke with the person who answered the phone. I was told that the manager was on break and could not talk to me. I explained my issue about only receiving 3 of my 4 orders of veggie sticks and 1 of 3 orders of large ranch dip. She said she was going to talk with the manager. She came back saying there was nothing to do and to talk with the manager tomorrow. I asked to speak with the manager she was speaking with and she then said there was no manager there. I asked her who she was speaking with and then she got angry with me. I asked her name and she refused for a bit and then finally stated Daisy (which I very much doubt is her name due to her very limited English (not a racist remark- just believe she gave me a fake name). When we tried reordering from DoorDash, and when DD tried to reorder for us, the store continually cancelled our order. I will be going in tomorrow morning to speak with a manager.

Absolutely terrible waited over 30 minutes for soggy greasy dark fries when I asked Andrea if I can get fresh ones she only could tell me that’s the way they came out, she clearly didn’t care to hear my frustration and was only defensive. This was my first time back to Wingstop in a while and thought it was a decent part of town but apparently people just don’t care out here in Aurora.

Oh my lord where do I begin. First, the customer service was not the best bottom tier. Second, we paid for ranch and not one drop of ranch was in the bag smh. Third, the order was completely wrong. Wrong flavors and wrong number of wings. If I could give zero stars I would but highly don’t recommend going there bad experience personally.

Current management is the worst, bought 3 combos and all three orders were incorrect and had missing items. I called the store to have them give me back my money for the items I didn’t received and the manager refused. I was also placed on hold for over an hour this really feels like a modern robbery. Prices are high because of our current economy and on top of that you are charged for items you don’t receive. What kind of place are they running.

Ordered online and it said 8-13 minutes wait. Bro! I went two two other stores, 30 minutes later, my food still wasn’t ready. I asked the lady for status and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked off .. hahaha bruh!!

The employees were not friendly, just kind of blah. None of the tables were cleaned off, there was trash on every one of them. We cleaned them off. There isn’t even a trash can out so people can throw away their own trash. It took quite a while, about 25 minutes, to get our wings. All of the sodas were out of order, or the mix was off so they tasted weird. The wings were dry and over sauced to make up for it. Mediocre at best. The fries were delicious though. Best thing that I ordered.
