If I could put zero stars I would!! DO NOT COME HERE!! I ordered take out and my wings were RAW and UNCOOKED in the middle. I called back to a manager explaining my situation, was not told sorry or that it was their fault but rather told I need to bring it in to physically show them to get a full refund instead of throwing it away. Are they serious?? Most ridiculous response I’ve ever heard in my life and I’ve worked in fast food too. Will not be returning ever!

This store left me on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up. When I told them about it, they acted like they cared. Poor service is unacceptable. You will not provide me with bad service and think I’m going to spend my hard-earned money with you. Absolutely not.

They never cook the wings or fries well done when requested, never put extra seasoning when requested, and when I called ahead to make a request on them not shoving my ten piece garlic parm in with a five piece of another flavor (when the third flavor is also five piece) they didn’t even do that.
