The wingstop team greeted us quickly and with a nice attitude. They got the food out to us hot and fast. Had plenty of seasoning on it. We go here a lot and have had very few lack luster experiences.

Ordered 30 pack and at least 15-20 of the wings came with feathers on them. Not just 1 or 2 feathers. A bunch on all the feathered wings. I called and asked for a remake. They warmed them back up and reported them and handed them back in the same bag. After checking them again after they were “remade” they all still have feathers on them. Not to mention all the amounts for each flavor were wrong too. I asked for a refund and she said she couldn’t give me any proof in the store because no one in the store could issue one so I had to leave after paying $50 for food I didn’t get to eat with no proof of a refund and the girl acted like I was crazy for thinking that my food shouldn’t have feathers on it. Extremely disappointed. I rarely make bad reviews on anything but this is pretty unacceptable.

The original (bone in) wings are always over cooked to the point they are hard. The boneless wings are good as are the chicken tenders if you actually get a tenders. A lot of times we get the tenders and they’re not hardly bigger than the boneless wings. I love bone in wings, but every time I get them here I am so disappointed. 🙁

Wing Stop’s parking lot is in ill repair. I had an incident in the parking lot due to steel sticking out of the parking pylons ripping out the under carriage of my car. The customer service is definitely lacking. Talking with the GM, she won’t give me any info on filing a claim only to find out they don’t “own the parking” lot themselves. Yet, still continues to give me the run around on who actually owns the property. SORRY, but even if you’re renting it, you can see when you need repairs and need to report it to the owner. This doesn’t even touch the wait we had inside nor the quality of customer service. The GM had actually laughed at me in conversation on the phone when talking with me in regards to my $500 in damage and me trying to get the information from her. We’ll see who’s laughing when the attorney calls.

Employees were too lazy to answer the phone and take orders. Called management and they stated yes we do have problems but we are trying to fix them. She would have to fire them all and hire fresh !

Ordered a 30 piece family meal. I live in commerce and picked the order up on my way home from work in Rockwall, get home missing a 10 piece boneless wings, large ranch put in bag sideways so it spilt out all in the bag. Called a spoke to a manager I drive all the way back to have them not apologize and act as if it was my fault. Customer service doesn’t exist!!! Had to wait for my order to be remade instead of them starting it when I called! Thanks for wasting my gas with no apology or ownership! Great customer service!

First time eating here in 20 years, the young guy taking our order was less than helpful, almost seemed bothered for us to be there, we both had the chicken sandwich combo Lemon Pepper and Mild, they were 3/5 stars. Dining room was dirty and we sat down at a sticky table. See ya in another 20 years?
