This restaurant has zero customer service. After receiving my first order wrong (delivered from DoorDash), DoorDash kindly gave me a free second order. To which I called Wingstop to make sure that my second order would be delivered and made correctly. On the phone they made it seem clear that the order would be correct this time.. after waiting almost an hour and a half on my second order I ended up having to cancel the whole order in all. My poor DoorDash driver waited there at least an hour just for them to tell her that they didn’t have boneless wings. When I had given Wingstop a call, I had made it clear that I would take tenders instead and they said that is fine. I don’t get how this got so mixed up but after waiting nearly 2 1/2 hours for my order I finally just cancel the whole thing and DoorDash refunded me all of my money. Please be careful people when ordering online and make sure that your order is correct. If your order gets delivered wrong you’re better off just canceling it completely and saving your time. Or just don’t get delivery from Wingstop in the first place.. usually it’s almost always better to dine in

The absolute worst Wingstop around. We enjoy our weekly wingstop meals; however, this is the last time at this location. We placed an order online at 6:11 and were quoted 16-21 minutes. We arrived at the location at 6:29. We could immediately tell by the looks on the faces of the people in the full dining room. They were miserable waiting on their food. If we didn’t order online, we would have walked out as others did. We finally received our food at 7:05. There was a customer who was waiting before we entered the store, they inquired about the wait on their food and come to find out it had been ready the whole time and just sitting on a shelf. This location needs help, please.

The employee are very rude and don’t care about the customers one bit. They told us when we walked in that we couldn’t order and had to do it through the app. The app wasn’t working for us and they still didn’t care but we checked our bank account & they charged us twice but we never were able to place order.

Love it when you walk in to order and someone ask you if you’re here to pick and you can no order . They say ok someone will be with you in a moment. You wait five mins ( no biggie since you know they are busy). Someone walks up to the register, I thought they were going to take my order but nope . Answered the phone and took two orders while I was waiting for my order to be taken. Call your order ahead they don’t appreciate walk in customers

I love the wings, they are fabulous especially the lemon pepper. The people are very nice, however I don’t think there is any leadership in there, they all look lost, and make several screw-ups. I have been there 3 times since it opened, the first time everything was great! The second time my order was wrong and they went to fix it immediately, however it ended up taking almost 20 minutes to get the right wings. The third time I went here I waited at the door a very long time, while a lot of people were just kind of standing looking lost. There was a good amount of people waiting to order yet only one person was working the register, and was fresh out of training. It took a good 5 more minutes to find my bag that was the only order on the shelf.

Horrible. Employees are careless and rude. Your food isn’t right half of the time and the employees don’t care. Aggravting when you want food but have to wait over an hour to get a 6-8 piece wing every time. Never answers the phone; and if they do… RUDE!

Last time it took forever. Tried again and was worse. Ordered online. Was quoted 16-21 minutes and hour later I was told my order was still behind three others. Asked to cancel and be refunded, was told I had to cancel online. The website says to call the restaurant to cancel. Was told I was wrong again and had to go through the website. Again the site says to call the restaurant. They eventually took my name and number and said the DM would have to do it later. Won’t waste my time or money again. Update: 2 weeks later. No refund. Contacted the email provided and no response.
