I never leave bad reviews, but after the service I received today at this Wingstop, I feel it’s necessary. After placing an order, we were told there were no bottled drinks. We asked for tea, and they said they were out of that as well. The only option left was fountain drinks, but when we tried to get one, the drink machine wasn’t working either.
The manager then came out with a very rude and nasty attitude. When customers are spending their money, they deserve basic respect—customers are the reason employees have jobs in the first place. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. The manager claimed they didn’t have to offer a drink because it was “free,” but if that’s the case, why advertise a combo that includes a drink if you can’t provide one?
I then asked for a refund, and the manager, Clara, told me that because I paid with a Visa card, she could not refund my money. She said she would have to send an email to corporate and that they would reach out to me in seven days. So basically, she expected me to leave the store without a refund or credit on my order. At that point, I had no choice but to take the food.
This establishment is absolutely horrible. I would give it a -0 if I could. I do not recommend anyone go here. On top of preparing your food without any gloves on

Ordered a lot of food for lunch at work. Had two bags full! Walked out and completely forgot to grab the second bag of food. I went back to get it, to be met in the parking lot by the sweet girl trying to find me!!! Our order was completely correct and cooked to perfection!!!

Order DoorDash took almost 40 minutes to prepare for whatever reason. I got my food. There was absolutely no seasoning on my wings at all. I asked for them to be extra cooked. They were gummy and slimy. Never in my life have I ever had Wingstop this bad please get it together.Ewwwww

It’s sad when employees are more concerned with getting off work than doing their jobs correctly while at work.i ordered 15 hot honey rub wings extra well done, with voodoo fries for delivery. The fries are exactly as ordered but my wings are fried crispy and plain! That’s not what I ordered but was charged as such and of course nobody’s answering the phone! I order from Wingstop all over the country when out of town for work and don’t run into this issue. It just shows that no matter how great the business model, if you hire people that won’t do their job and correctly your
business’s reputation will take a hit and so will your profits!!

Ordered online – apps easy to use and gave us an expected wait time of about 15-20 minutes. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant cashier who told us that our food was being worked on. We proceeded to wait for about 45 minutes while we watched people who arrived after us pick up their food and leave. We had orders for several different people, and none of it was labeled, which made it a little difficult to figure out which food belonged to which person. For example, it was hard to tell the difference between hot buffalo and mild buffalo sauce if it’s not labeled. The wings were mediocre at best. Looked like they had poured some sauce in the wax paper then thrown the wings on top of that. They weren’t even coated in the sauce – basically had to do that ourselves once we got the food. The sauce is average at best. The mild buffalo tasted like someone took regular buffalo sauce and watered it down. Save yourself some time and money – avoid eating here. We won’t be back.

Today my daughter treated me to Wing Stop. Never had it before was the first time. My daughter got the Mango Habanero wings and I got the chicken sandwich combo meal. Everything was cook to order and super fresh. One of the best chicken sandwiches I ever had. I got to try one of my daughters wings and that was delicious. Sweet then came the spicy kick! Service was great. My only complaint was tables and drink station needed a wipe down but in defense there was only one person working there and she did a wonderful job!

I would not recommend ordering online. This is the third time we’ve ordered and did not receive our ranch (that we paid extra for), drinks, and fries. When you call in to talk to someone you’re on hold and looping for 30 minutes and just give up. Can’t call the delivery service either. Last time I had to go up there and tonight I can’t. So now Ive paid for about $20 worth of items we did not receive. Poor customer service when you do go there to have them correct issues. On top of it all my wings.. soggy. Last time I order them.
