Just awful. I used to love Wingstop, but quality has dropped as has service. First, nobody answered the phone after about a zillion rings. So then I had to install the app to order from there. I was informed it would take fifteen to twenty one minutes. It was over a half hour. Upon entering the restaurant I told them my name and waited fifteen minutes before they asked my name for the second time only to find that my order had been sitting on the shelf the entire time. By the time I got it home the wings were soggy with what was supposed to be a dry rub sliding off. For $15, about twice what I used to pay for 10 wings, I expected better. That was the last time I’ll ever order from them.

We were pleasantly surprised. After ordering we read some reviews that weren’t great and we weren’t sure what to expect. Our wings (3 flavors) did come in one container, but they were separated by food paper and honestly I think it helped them to stay hot! They arrived so fresh and hot, and delicious! The fries were a bit cooler, not as seasoned as we like so that is why we have 4/5 stars. We will order again!

My girl n I came in at 9:21p last night…walk-in orders stop at 9:20…no biggie…bummed, but, again, no biggie. We go to the car to order online. It took me forever & we got the order in a little before 9:40– the whole staff was SOOO COOL about it! Everyone was doing something in the restaurant. From sweeping, to packaging a zillion Door Dash orders, to the cooks making top quality food that exceed Wingstop’s company standards! I’m in LOVE with the Voodoo Fries. For the first time EVER I did not have to add extra ranch b/c the toppings ran out. The mix was perfect all the way through the large order I inhaled. I worked in the restaurant industry for 25yrs & have a culinary degree. I can most confidently say that the staff last night was working like well oiled machine! Amongst their late night rush, they kept it CLEAN! On top of their morale, their interactions with the customers were amazing as well! Literally, a TOP NOTCH STAFF!!

Love the food. However I tried to call and place an order and the young lady answered the phone with an attitude acting like she didn’t want to take my order, then she hung up on me. I had to drive to the location to place my order and she still had an attitude. I wasn’t pleased with that but the food was still great.

My order said ready in 20 minutes. So I went there 20 min later. And had to wait another 20 minutes bc they were apparently waiting for the truck to come with more boneless wings? The employees there act like they hate the world. I’ve noticed that literally every time I have been there. On the other hand, their food is good.

Ordered delivery directly through their website (which uses door dash). The food arrived stale (not just cold) like it had been cooked hours ago. Nothing was fresh and there was barely any sauce in the wings. The French fries were also very stale and hard, pale white, and had no seasoning. They also forgot our dipping sauces to top it all off….

Went in to place a order. Staff was to busy talking and clowning around stood at the counter for a minute waiting for the cashier to regain composer. Two people waiting and me trying to place a order. The whole staff seemed more interested in clowning around then actually working. I feel sorry for the people that order and have long wait times or burnt food cause the employees weren’t paying attention to what was even going on. I give this place a 1 start for the rude staff not being able to place a order cause the cashier couldn’t stop laughing at the register long enough to take my order. Don’t go unless you want long wait times and cloning employees.

Placed an order online, came to pick it up 30 minutes later, the gentleman said that they did not receive my order, acted like I was incorrect, then once I showed him I did order from that location, he then remembers that they have been having problems with getting orders from the Internet, he told me that like I was out of luck no solution no nothing, so I asked to speak to a manager.. at that point I’m almost an hour in trying to get my order, the manager finally addresses the issue. Apparently he was on the phone with another issue, I give them the benefit of the doubt instead of asking for my money back. I let them make my order even though I could see that it was chaotic from the moment I walked in the restaurant, I waited another 25 minutes or so.. when he gave me my order I checked it, then he asked for it back and grab for it, saying he gave me the wrong order, when i just checked it,, Obviously it was the right order…. I asked for a general managers phone number he acted like they don’t have one.. I was hoping after they closed and re-open that They would’ve got that restaurant together, from your managers to your employees they are lacking training In every area of this restaurant. Disgusting inside. Could barely walk because my shoes were sticking to the floor so bad. Every surface was dirty. The store needs a good cleaning. While I was there, there were 10 trays of uncooked fries just sitting on the rack for at least 30 minutes
