If I could give this place no stars, I would. My food was horrible. The fries were undercooked and no seasoning. The chicken was dry. No sauce at all, I ordered the original hot 15 piece. This place needs new management and staff. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION! You will regret it.

Amazing experience at this store today. They crushed it on accuracy and freshness. Only waited like 10 minutes which is more than reasonable. And on my way out I forgot a bag and one of the nicest employees ever ran out to my car to make sure I didn’t forget it. Amazing service will be back soon.

I ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich. They gave me a dry rub instead of the wet sauce. I called and the manager had me send her a picture and I told her they even gave me a dry rub cup. The manager hung up in my face and didn’t find a solution. This is unacceptable.

I really wish I could put 0 stars. They never answer the phone when they do they will put you on hold and never get back on the phone. The food is never cooked properly and ranch spills in the bag. You come in there kids that work there are in the back playing and listening to music. The staff always have an attitude also and I’m sick and tired of this location. These employees have horrible attitude problems, every time I come in here they look miserable and are VERY rude. The dark skinned girl that’s usually in the front is the main one with an issue. The most incompetent Wingstop location I’ve ever dealt with. Management failed to enter my credit, then the manager “Julia” called me from a blocked number with an insincere apology and claimed it was fixed. It wasn’t. The credit should’ve been $20 — she entered $12.

I’m so tired of spending my money at these establishments and I am not receiving my food the way I would like it to be. There is no good customer service anywhere these days I called in because my chicken tasted old and it had like a metallic taste to it. I called them and they were picking up the phone instantly laughing and playing in the background young teenagers and I asked them what are they laughing for in the manager got offended when she got on the phone so we had to actually go up to the place Itself to return the food and receive a refund I will not be returning back to this location

The food is good but orders take forever 80% of the time. Their beverage machine was working this time but ice was broken. If you order through DoorDash expect a long wait. They have a hard time keeping up with orders between walk-ins, online, and delivery services. Especially on weekends.

It’s only gotten worse since I first reviewed a year ago. Staff is unconscious and product is mediocre at best especially for the price. If you are in the area try Towne Grill instead on Patterson. Waaaay worth it.

When ordering, the rep was very unprofessional. I asked for extra parmesan cheese for my Garlic and Parmesan chicken. I also asked for my fries to be well done. Rhw rep did not follow ANY instructions. The food was hot but flavorless.
