Do not order from this location!! My entire order was wrong, 4 chicken wings combos. 2 of which was boneless. Did not receive one of the boneless combos at all. On top of missing food the other 3 were all the incorrect flavors and not what was ordered.) The fries were disgusting extremely soggy and could not be eaten. I immediately contacted the store in which I spoke with the manager. Who was not too pleasant nor showed any compassion. She only insisted I drive 30 minutes back to the store to get a refund and there was nothing more she could do without doing so. I advised that was not a option. I hate to have to leave such a disheartening review but the lack of customer support, quality of food and service was very unprofessional.

This location is a disaster. Save your money or make the drive to another location….NOT IN NORTH COUNTY!!! From management all the way down the line. Its dirty, definitely not accurate. They are rude and seem to not be able to comprehend basic duties, tasks or the concept of work. Please close this location…and West Florissant. this is the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant in my life the staff is eating on the line. The staff looks dirty, not professional, and they are not courteous at all, when, approaching the counter no one knows what your order is, even though you give them the name on the order. . this is a jungle with animals serving people I highly recommend never going here.

The store looked dirty , the wait was too long , and the customer service was bad and the food was unpleasing , cold chicken wings ,over seasoned chicken wings to where I couldn’t swallow , fries were ice cold and soggy, and chicken strips were so greasy I took one bite and it looked like I put Vaseline on my lips and they were as limp as a noodle, disgusting food. Never will I ever go there again.

Entered establishment at 9:58 pm and the open sign was turned off and was greeted by saying “we only taking online orders and it’s gonna be a long wait” then, mgr said, “find something to do “really loud as employees were playing around. The mgr asked me what I wanted and I said I wanted to place an order and she said “no it’s gonna be an hour or longer”. At that point I walked out and the employees began to laugh. This is terrible behavior for staff. These employees lack professionalism. Something should be done about this.

Apon entering this restaurant I was asked “are you picking or placing an order?” I replied “I would like to place.” She replied “there was an hour wait.” “Ok” I ordered two 10 pieces with fries and drinks. Long story long there was no ice in the ice machine, she brought a bucket of ice sat it on the counter let the customer ahead of me scoop some ice out before she dumped it. I look up after paying , it’s a guy on the line chewing food talking to a co worker. He was obviously high on something. They forgot my ranch dipping sauce, and the fries were burnt! Raggedy! I’ll just cook my own for now on..

Went into Wing stop and girl was taking order when a girl from back came running up and said online orders only. Then started laughing. Store had lots of people in kitchen area. This place would be better off short staffed. The people supposedly working were rude and continued mock us all the way out the door. Better off with short staff than have them be rude and hateful to customers. Will not return.
