Conditions at this store are very uncomfortable. The AC does not work and it gets extremely hot in there. The floors are always slippery and wet. The team is backed up with orders. The doordash orders always have an extremely long wait. I personally seen the cook, put cooked wings back in the fryer. Last but not LEAST, the BATHROOMS ARE FILTHY.

Not good at all . We ordered our food and they said it was gonna take 20 minutes so we sat inside. Every time the door opened in the front it got cold in the whole shop. I wanted to sit in the car where I have heat. After a long wait, we get our food. The chicken wings were small and scrawny. I got six of them and it wasn’t worth what we paid for it. I won’t be going back to Wingstop at all for nothing.

The food and customer service is amazing! Nadia is hands down one of the best managers of a food chain I’ve ever come across. The menu on line is a bit deceiving and not really clear which led me to order incorrectly. I called to make changes and she handles my concern with ease. She’s not only professional, intelligent and accommodating she has a beautiful welcoming persona. I will never shop anywhere else for my chicken. Nadia is Phenomenal!

These people are crooks! I ordered on Superbowl Sunday online. After, I put in my credit card information it stated online that my order would be ready in 16 minutes. I arrive at Wing Stop only to see the place jam packed with what seemed 60 plus people waiting for their food, and the two girls up front complaint about how busy it is and one telling the other I can’t handle this.

Normally I love wingstop food but this place was dirty, the workers are unmotivated and uncaring. They won’t even announce orders when they come out so you have people waiting for food that came out already. Do better honestly. I get being understaffed but do at least the bare minimum and hold yourself to a standard.

When I tell you this place is the ghetto I mean just that !! After being told our food should only take 15-20 minutes, I ended up waiting over 45 minutes. Not to mention two separate occasions where management could be heard yelling and cursing at employee telling them to get off the clock and go home because they were late or not helping. I honestly don’t plan on ever going back to this location again
