If I could give less than 1 star I would. They mixed 3 different flavors of boneless wings into 2 containers, essentially getting mild sauce mixed in with the plain and BBQ making 4 out of 5 peoples food ruined. A call to the manager of the store was met with 3 different contradicting lies and no resolution leaving me out almost $90 and still needing to feed 4 more people

This place is awful. The store was really dirty . I went in and there was only one customer in the store and I try to place my order and the lady said she can’t take my order with no excuse why not? (Very strange)but the doors are open?? There was 5 employees there all them was laughing, jokeing just talking. On the inside looks like no one ever cleans it . The whole floor was sticky. The employees uniforms was super dirty . In the kitchen the floors and walls and the equipment looked like it had years of built up grease and dirt. And the time before that I had to wait over a hour and half just for a basic 10 piece. I ended up just getting a refund. And how nasty the restaurant was I concern on the condition the keep the food . Very nasty place . Stay away . I will never go back here .

Why be open until midnight if you’re going to stop taking orders at 9:30 or earlier? Arrived at this store to be asked if I was picking up an order when I answered no, I was told they weren’t taking any more orders. I love wasting my time. Put up a sign or something. I could maybe understand if it was 11 or something. If you’re backed up on current orders, don’t necessarily stop taking orders, but let people know there would be a long wait. Jesus christ.

The general/regional manager needs to look into this store. They cut the phones or ignore them completely and turn off online ordering. The staff also ignore special instructions for orders (e.g., no ranch). The food is so good we keep coming back but the customer service is very poor.

A roach ran past me in the 20 minutes i had to wait for my food, the girl taking orders seemed angry to be there, they packaged the food in a weird way and it spilled out. Had wing sauce ALL over my passenger car seat, shirt, everything. Had to scrub my seat. I love wingstop but this location needs help. Bad.

Would not order from here. Only gave 1 star because you have to. Ordered 10 mango habanero and 10 lemon pepper. Mango habanero was overcooked and they gave me the wrong lemon pepper flavor. I asked them to redo it correctly and they remade it the same exact way. Their staff doesn’t know the difference between lemon pepper dry rub and their new lemon pepper herb flavor. Think about that for a second. Wing restaurant employees don’t know the wing flavors. I couldn’t even get my order fixed because the staff was so incompetent. 10/10 would not recommend and I’ll be discouraging anyone I know from eating here.
