Just had the worse experience with the west cola, sc location today 8/22/21. There was a maggot or some type of worm crawling out of my salad. I actually ate some of the salad before I noticed it crawling out of my plate I’m disgusted and feeling sick to my stomach. I called to report the issue with manager she offered to remake my salad and went on to say how fresh everything is, basically not taking accountability for the maggot or worm being in my food. I told her no I’d like a refund. Definitely didn’t feel as if she apologetic about the situation at all. Do better grouchos.

Groucho has always been one of my favorite places and today’s experience was just as wonderful. My waitress, Sarah P. was fabulous! She was quite busy, but kept checking on customers and got all of their orders out even with a huge table. No customer was lacking, and she was an excellent waitress. Kudos to her! Also, I forgot to add that in the hot fresh chocolate chip cookies were too much temptation to resist! Absolutely delicious!

I’ve recently began my Groucho’s Deli journey and it is fabulous! My favorite is the deli club (toasted, add mayo, deli mustard, and a side of honey mustard to dip) it’s not expensive to have it delivered which is a HUGE plus. I recently missed an item with my last order but the manager reached out and rectified the matter and it was greatly appreciated. I love this place
