The food was mid but not amazing. the wings were very tiny for their high price fast food value. the breading layer on the chicken was bigger than the actual chicken piece itself and the workers were always on their phones and not the most bright and welcoming.

My husband was there to pick up my favorite food for Mother’s Day and he had the WORST experience. The customer service here is absolutely HORRIBLE! We normally go together and each time the customer service is disgusting! The girl didn’t even make eye contact with my husband and and it took 6 minutes after my husband got there to take his order (no one else in line). Wingstop, please tell your employees to do a better job at customer service!

4th time they messed up my online order 3 times phone order. The Manager this evening told me if I wanted the other 10 wings And Blue Cheese. I would have to come back and it was not her problem because Customers. Should check their orders in a Rude and Condensing way. Also their fries are always soggy and Burnt. That’s because they are located in the ghetto and that is because the don’t change their cooking oil. Other Franchise FF are delicious and Golden Brown not Black. I could go on and on about the terrible Service of this location. But at the least they should fire their Current Manager if she one of my Employee she be Terminated

We have given them a couple tries since normally we like wing stop but this location was a totally different experience than we are used to. The staff doesn’t answer the store phone because they are too busy on their cell phones. When you walk in they act like you are bothering them and do not even greet you. They take an extremely long time, over an hour every time and the other has been incorrect or missing something every time. While waiting multiple customers came back complaining of their messed up order as well. The customer service doesn’t equal the price at all.

I placed an order online of 50pack wings. Mind you I spent $66 NOT $6. And it said they order will be done in 20minutes meaning by 11:10pm. I arrived to the restaurant and they took my order receipt out of the printer and than told me they’re just dropping my wings now. Very unprofessional and they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Now I have to go again to the restaurant because, it wasn’t done on the timeframe it promised. I’m very disappointed. I’ll never go again.

Stopped by to get some dinner and the two girls working didn’t even acknowledge that I was at the counter waiting to order. They both were practically sitting on the counter where food is prepared with their hair dangling into stainless bowls. Ended up going to the store and getting my own chicken and making it myself at home which was great!
