HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! If I could do minus stars I would!! Curdled disgusting drinks, asked for no whip (clarified: because of an allergy) which they put on anyway then SCRAPED it off instead of remaking the drink, asked for no ice in the tea so they gave us HALF A CUP and said that’s what u get cause u pay for ice…… They REFUSED to issue a refund and they were beyond rude and condescending!! Seriously the worst experience in product and customer service EVER!!!!!!! A call to corporate was IMMEDIATE.

As we were leaving St Mary’s church after a funeral, we stopped here to grab something hot on this cold sad day. The barista took our order and asked us what we were up to today and we sadly let him know. He gave us our drinks complimentary because he had such a big heart offering his condolences. Definitely the service along with the delicious coffee keeps us coming back for more.
