Incredibly friendly atmosphere! Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I got boneless wings and they were delectable. Absolute must-eat destination! I’m in EMS and we often don’t get to stop. But the whole crew here takes care of us. Even my coworkers know they get us in & out quickly when we need it. Joshua Lockett is the man!! I haven’t had customer service this good in a really long time. I am in from PA with my wife. I placed an order for myself n my daughter at 641pm , I wasn’t able to drive to pick up my order as my vehicle was blocked by county vehicle. So I was forced to have it delivered. Their outside delivery service ended up delivering my order to another address and this was 7:29pm , I was told by the driver to call to get my refund … I called wingstop to inform them. After the GM Josh Lockett got the refund from the delivery service and I still wasn’t able to pick it up and it being almost 840pm , he credited my card and remade everything fresh and then delivered it personally to my place. I’ve never dealt with anyone that cares about their customers as much as they do. Excellent Food , Awesome staff & managers & Amazing customer service .. would give this experience 10 stars if I could. Thank you Josh & wingstop

Stopped in wing stop after a trip to Walmart and was pleasantly suprised. 1st of all the service was excellent, my wife commented on how clean the kitchen looked, ordered our wings and chicken sandwich which was way more than we could eat so we have plenty of fresh cut fries and boneless wings for a snack. Joshua the manager was most attentive to us, asked us a couple of times if we needed anything and asked if we were satisfied with the food, absolutely was satisfied with everything, we will go back, had the garlic parm wings which were excellent as well…. highly recommend…..

Came in to get a quick bite before my appointment and the entire staff was amazing! Very nice, attentive, fast, and kind; I asked the woman in the front placing my order if it was okay to receive two sauces for my tenders, she also recommended that new flavor “Hot honey rub” and it was delicious along with the Hawaiian sauce!! The general manager Joshua was so kind to approve that special request for me!! Everything was cooked to perfection, I haven’t had wing stop in a long time but, they will be seeing me again for certain!! Thank you all once again!
